Wonderful customer service

We stayed for 13 nights at the Hills Lodge. The staff was very courteous and always helpful. We were able to borrow an electric converter since we forgot our own. The dinning facilities and pool are top quality! I would stay again!

2 night stay in family room

Pros: Lovely beds and decor. Nice surrounds.
Location: As above.
Lovely hotel, only stayed 2 nights and unfortunately didn't have the opportunity to use pool and spa facilities. Only approx. 1 km from coles / bottle shop, etc. Quite close to the Paramatta Ferry (we hopped on at Rydalmere ferry station as it had plenty of parking and was only about 15-20 min away so we didn't have to negotiate the city traffic). Probably not the best option with 3 little ones due to all beds being in the one room. Also, I heard the neighbours baby crying in the middle of the night so it seems the rooms aren't quite soundproof… I hope nobody heard my baby! Just be aware that there are approx. 6 steps you need to negotiate if you can't access the underground carpark and hence use the lift. We had to carry all our belongings through the front entrance and up the steps as we have a 4WD that wouldn't fit in the carpark.

Dear Guest - thank you for the review and your feedback provided. I apologise your 4 wheel drive did not fit underground, I know a landcruiser fits under, but when roof trays etc are added it is not high enough, but it does fit the majority of cars. Sorry you could hear a person next door, I will review the set up of the interconnecting door insulation. From a sleeping point of view the twin rooms work well from bedding, but maybe a suite would have been better with a separate bedroom and lounge room and we could use a roll away for one of the kids. Very enjoyable stay

Pros: Pleasant staff and very helpful.
The room was lovely and clean. It also had a great amount of space. This is the second time we have stayed here and would recomend to others.

Very nice hotel close to shops and restaurants

Pros: Very nice. European looks and feel, lots of trees and gardens are very nice. Room is clean and cossy.
Cons: Pool need to be a bit more cleaner
Location: Shops is about 2 minute drive. Restaurants are nearby
Very nice hotel. Staffs are extremely polite. Close to shopping centers and restaurants. Bar is nice but restaurant is quite expensive if you decided to dine in with kids. Average cost for 2 adults and 2 children is about $300. No free internet.

I am unsure of their ages but we do offer kids menus from $15 which includes one course or two courses for $25, both including soft drinks. All was well, a couple of niggly issues which hotel staff took care of promptly. Very comfy, close enough to everything without being in the middle of sydney!

After our initial concern after the hotel staff couldn't find our booking, we found the hotel a nice place to stay and very welcoming.
