bad bathroom experiencePosted Aug 7, 2014
The stay was almost excellent the staff was perfect. However, our toilet overflowed. I have to lay down every tall to try to keep it in the bathroom and it wasn't even our feces. The staff did move us to the next room over which was not as well kept up as the one we were originally in. No offer a discount offer

Great hotel for the pricePosted May 19, 2014 on Hotels.com
My family was very pleased with the accomadations for the price. The roms are a little small and the bathroom is quite tight, but it was very clean. Front desk staff and breakfast attendent were very pleasant and attentive. My husband I were extra pleased to see the healthy options available with the continental breakfast. I would definately stay here again with just my husband. Room was little small for us and two 5 year olds. And, the pool area although very warm and clean, was not really chikldren under 8 friendly.

Amazing staff so so facilityPosted May 13, 2014
Our first impression was Ryan at the front counter... He was the best hotel clerk I have met. The facility was OK, pool area was really dated and dirty. One of the poorest comfort inns I've stayed in

Overall impressed for the price. breakfast in the morning was very nice and included hot biscuits and gravy. Check in was a little lengthy as there was only 1 person working and about 6 of us trying to check in.

Good location is all this hotel equates toPosted Mar 24, 2014
Pros: The location
Cons: The service. Someone should always be at the front desk. The rooms should always be cleaned and supplied with the essential toiletries.
Location: It was very close to the Bark Park Mall, a movie theater, numerous restaurants, the Resch Center and Lambeau Field.
Upon arrival, we had to wait for someone to come to the check-in desk. The lobby is quite small and it does not help there is a desk jammed in the corner where you first walk in. The layout of the rooms is also quite bad as far as comfort. They are very long and narrow. The towels in the bathroom are about the size of a hair towel or hand towel. We had no soap, lotion, shampoo, etc. in our bathroom so I had to go downstairs to request some. The shower / bath tub was dirty. The rooms do not have good sound barriers. All night I could hear people running in the halls and talking.

Not As AdvertisedPosted Mar 23, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel website and even when we got there their evacuation maps in rooms still showed a spa/hot tub, were very disappointed to find out they had gotten rid of it.

Not bad for a one night business tripPosted Mar 13, 2014 on Hotels.com
Somewhat dated for a Comfort Inn. Compared to the surrounding hotels I would probably not stay again. The service was fine but from a $$$$ standpoint there are nicer hotels in the area at the same price point.
