The pool, small waterpark was a fun area for kids. Although the rest of the hotel experience was just average. Upon arrival, staff was unfriendly during check-in.

Terrible experience with front desk staff, with two Different employees on two separate occasions! Unacceptable. The customer comes first. Plain and simple, you take care of your customers. Not the case at this hotel.

We stayed here for the pool area. It was a fun space, and the kids had a blast. However, we all got chlorine over exposure and got sick. The pool was so heavily chlorinated that we all developed coughs, headaches, and moments of nausea. The pool area was filthy, it looked like the pool deck was never cleaned, and the pool was never skimmed for debris. Additionally, we were yelled at for bringing snacks into the pool area. We were told at that time that there is a policy of NO food in the pool area. 30 minutes later there was a sign posted that said the only food allowed in the pool area has to be from the on site restaurant. We would not stay there again and do not recommend the place to anyone.

This hotel pool area is absolutely wonderful for YOUNGER kids… I however took my 14 year old son and few friends for his birthday and there’s just not enough space but they did enjoy it. I also had my 6 year old and he absolutely LOVED IT !!!! Slide is perfect and doesn’t go into another pool, the swimming pool isn’t to deep, play area with slide is awesome and has a connecting walk through to get to the larger pool (so that could be a positive or negative) , there is a nice area with tables as well. Some rooms are poolside which wasn’t a big deal as pool closes as 10pm anyways and the curtains are very private . So overall it worked out there is a side area and facility and breakfast was very nice and seem clean. Already planning to go back for 6 year olds bday so def was not a bad time :) just fyis

The front desk didn't greet us when we walked in, just stood there waiting for me to say something. After , she basically just listing off all the rules and regulations of the property - made me feel like more of an inconvenience than a welcome guest

Needs improvements.
Hotel needs some updates in rooms. Bathroom door scratched up, fridge not stable. Room was semi dirty with major dust build up on vents and by the fridge. Found someone's vape and t-shirt that was left before us.

Good stay for the value
If you’re looking for a budget stay, this place is pretty good for the value! Beds were surprisingly comfy. Room was clean, but pretty outdated. Our bathroom door looked like a zombie took a bite out of it. Breakfast was tasty, but disappointed that they were taking it down by 9:30 when it goes until 10. Pool area was clean and the water was warm. Loved the hot tub!

So fun
So fun! The hotel was clean, breakfast was standard, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, the pool was so fun for my 3 year old. However the hot-tub had A LOT of sand or something on the bottom? Which was weird so we didn’t go in there after that but it was very fun trip for my kiddo. Definitely recommend going if you have a toddler. The pool area with the slide and sprayers was so much fun for him

Walked in to a dirty uncleaned room, there was dirty clothes left on the floor from the previous customer. Roach traps all over, dirty tables, bathroom had stuff all over the shower. Tavle was dirty and nothing had been wiped or sanitized.

We love the pool for toddlers and preschool aged children! The room is kept warm and the pool water is warm and inviting. Breakfast was plentiful with many choices. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Room was quiet , clean, and spacious. The shower was the nicest I have ever been in. Water Park for the grandkids and bar the adults topped off our stay. The hotel had a WOW factor I wasn't expecting.
