Love this hotel

We love staying at this hotel but was very disappointed in the check-in process. Waited almost minutes for someone to come out to the front desk to check me in. Another lady coming in thru the lobby said she had the same problem. Even the next day there was no one at the front desk when we went to check out. Finally came from a room down the hall when another person from our party went towards that hallway. Never had the problem any other time we have stayed here. Rooms are clean and very comfortable!!

I want to aploizge for the inconvenience you had at check-in , sometimes the front desk worker is helping other guest at different times through out the day and we try not to be away for more then just a few minutes. Clean, Comfortable, Courteous

Location: The locations is good. Near restaurants and shopping, as well as Lambeau Field.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were courteous at all times. They were very pleasant and knowledgeable; and they were always helpful. One of the nicest features of this hotel is the free shuttle service to and from the airport.

Integrity???

Booked my hotel months ago and paid. Tried to tell me I didn't have a room 4 times because they wanted to get $400 instead of the $90 I paid for a room on the night of a packer game. Expedia helped me but it was a very agonizing experience!

Lækkert hotel, med fantastisk personale, gele vejen rundt. Hvilken service og nærmest familiær følelse. Prøv at undgå værelser 26,28,30 på hver af de 4 etager, de vender lige mod et aircondition og køle anlæg bag hotel. Det gav en hel del larm, men det kunne ikke ødelægge den samlede gode oplevelse af hotel. Boede på denne rejse i USA på 6 forskellige hoteller, og dette var helt klart det bedste, mest hyggelige sted. Fik lidt følelsen af at det var hjemligt. Skønt skønt skønt, tak.

Pros: The beds were amazingly comfortable
Cons: There is no continental breakfast - that's a bummer.

Small rooms

Everything was petty good. City bus pick us up for the the game right by the parking lot. Good places to eat. Convienent to a lot of restaurants. Only bad mark I'd give them would be that the rooms were very small
