“Great service, Great watepark for small kids!”

Service at check-in/check-out and room service were wonderful, very polite and expedient. Our room was great, our seven year old loved having bunk beds and his own little room with a TV. The only problem was that the window leaked while it was raining outside. We did not tell management as it was late in the day, but did let them know at check-out. We ordered room service and the food was very good, almost worth the expensive prices. The breakfast buffet was also very good. The waterpark is smaller than expected, our seven year old really only enjoyed the slide over and over again. The small lazy river is enjoyable for adults. Overall a great stay, we had a great rate for the amenities!

“Not the most impressive waterpark”

Room was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. HOWEVER, this is not the type of hotel waterpark you can spend the whole day in. It is very small, not a lot of features. If you are going for the waterpark, go to Wisconsin Dells, you can get much better for less money.

“Great Place for fun”

We enjoyed staying here and will go back for sure. The waterpark was great for my 8 and 4 year olds, but wish there was more outside for summer fun. We were able to reserve a cabin suite and our kids had their own room with bunk beds. I would caution anyone though, the bunk beds are very short. My 8 year old fit, but I don't think kids over about 10 or 11 would. We did eat breakfast at the buffet, I wouldn't recommend it. Breakfast was very average, especially for the price. I would recommend getting the 'Tundra' cups. For a small fee you get a nice large insulated cup that is refillable for free at any of the restaurants, bars, or concession stand.

“Water park good for small childres”

Small children will be happy, older ones might get bored. Nice game room, close to stadium and resturants.

“Family resort not business”

Great for families not business to many kids. Spotless hotel not fancy. The food was just average in restaurant nothing to be happy about. Food needs help!

“Nice waterpark, lousy hours”

The room sizes were generous and the waterpark was great for young children! They had a large area suited for children 1-4 and that's where my daughter spent most of her time. The only bummer was that we arrived on a Tuesday evening (waterpark closed on Tues), we hoped to use it Wednesday (not open until 3pm -9pm), and we hoped to use it Thursday (not open till 3pm) but we had to leave before 3pm that day. So out of three days we were only able to use the waterpark for several hours on Wednesday (very disappointing). I wish that schedule had been better noted when we made our reservations.

“A fun get-away”

For what the rates were, it was good. The restaurant food was 2.5 out of 5, watermark was small but fun, the kids enjoyed it. With more people it could easily feel crowded. Close to Lambeau Field....good for a weekend get-away!

“nice waterpark, hotel room could be better”

waterpark was very good especially for kids. the hotel was worth it because of the waterpark. the hotel room including decor and bed were quite old and not as clean smelling as other hotels for the same price . everyday the room was cleaned . over all we would still go back for the waterpark and the good and nice staff personnel.

“overpriced”

The water park was fun. Quite a bit of lifeguards mad me feel secure about my kids when they were out of my sight. The hotel room was uncomfortable. kids running up the hallways until 11:30; It was obnoxious. The front desk told me "we'll look into it." The kids kept running and giggling and turning knobs on doors. We had an early start the next day so I found this annoying.
