“will not come back”

got a great price with Expedia but when I checked in I was charge $15 for each of my two kids. (Expedia price + $30 per night) I could have stay at a better place for that price.

“NEVER AGAIN”

Exceptionally rude hotel staff, the room was a dump and the mattress uncomfortable, but that wasn't the worst of it. When I checked in at 11:00 at night, and was the only one there, I walked up to the counter and gave the clerk my name for the reservation. He refused to talk to me until I wrote my name down on a piece of paper. I repeated my name, which it very simple, spelled it, and pointed out that the reservation had just been made 30 minutes prior. He shoved a piece of paper across the counter and looked away, refusing to even acknowledge me further. It went downhill from there, starting with his response to my next question, "where's breakfast served?" If I hadn't prepaid, I would have walked out.

“not impressed”

I am not impressed with this motel because the breakfast was not good and the hotel staff was not helpful. Room was clean and comfortable

“NOT impressed, Unkind, Dirty, Worst break fast”

Room is very dirty and old. The owner is working at the front desk but very unkind. Wears very dirty and old shirts. And had work break fast in my life. My sister had diarrhea all day long. I also had stomach ache for 2 days. PLEASE DO NOT EAT anything for break fast.

“clean rooms, not so clean hotel”

Rooms were rather clean; the hallways & other facilities, not so much. In need of renovations, or at least a coat of paint. Pool was scary to look at...AC in lobby was disassembled on the floor.

“What I expected for such a small town”

The hotel is old but it was decently clean. Staff was kind and accommodating.

“Not impressed - but not completely dissatisfied”

The pool was so cold even the kids wouldn't get in. This hotel seemed cheaper than the others however they charge an extra fee per person if you have more than one person in your party when you check in. They do have cereal but it wasn't very good. The juice provided seemed fresh. The rooms were ok. I think we might try another well known hotel next time.
