Worst hotel experience of my life!Posted Dec 2, 2013
Hotel has not been renovated in more than a decade. The sheets were stained. They were painting the stairway that Sunday so the whole day my room smelled of chemicals. The front desk attendant called my room at midnight while I was sleeping. My key was deactivated on the Sunday of check out and I was interrogated by African American front seat attendant. She referred to me as "hey you!" I feel like I could have stayed in any other hotel in that area and would have been happy. The breakfast is terrible! Frozen everything and not even the good frozen stuff. Customer service is awful.

Nice, close to 40, excellent placePosted Nov 25, 2013
We only stayed one night after a concert, but the service was excellent and the staff was very nice. Our room was clean and had all we needed. I would stay here again.

Good Value in the TriadPosted Oct 28, 2013
Pros: Nice staff, clean rooms, plenty of parking.
Cons: Breakfast bar could use some updates. Some room accessories are worn.
Location: Between G'boro, High Point and WS, plenty of daytime options. Good restaurants too.
The Best Western Plus Greensboro (Airport) looks a lot like the other chains, but offers some real value coupled with an above average experience. Staff is very attentive and courteous, basic amenities are available, and the rooms are clean with comfortable beds (although there is some wear around the edges when it comes to furniture and accessories). The breakfast room could use fresh-brewed (as opposed to machine-made) coffee and more fresh fruit choices, but still a good way to start your morning. I would stay at this property again.

Mildly disappointingPosted Oct 21, 2013
Pros: Value Location Friendly Staff
Cons: Cleaning Staff
In general, we liked this hotel. We had two rooms for several days and found them to be mostly clean and relatively quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The one issue we had (with both rooms) was occasional lapses in cleaning the rooms. It appeared that they simply forgot or skipped over us on occasion. Towels on the floor, bed not made, etc. It was certainly not a big problem, but very noticeable. Although the night clerk tried to help, she was the only employee there in the evening and was limited. Fortunately, cleaning problems are easy to fix and I would stay at this hotel again.

Had to change hotelsPosted Sep 2, 2013 on Hotels.com
Stayed previously and had no issues. However, too many issues forced change to another hotel. Requested 1st floor room, close to lobby but when I checked in learned my room was on 3rd floor. Wasn't happy but accepted the room. Shortly after entering the room, received a phone call that I was given the wrong room and needed to switch to another floor. Shower pressure and toilet issues in this room so requested room change next morning. Terrible smell & ceiling stain obvious in hallway to new room. When entered new room, bed skirts were missing and the phone didn't work when I attempted to call front desk. Too many issues to deal with, elected to change hotels. This hotel has changed for the worse since November 2012.

ConvenientPosted Aug 21, 2013 on Hotels.com
3rd time staying at this hotel and it is getting a bit worn and dated. Still very clean, friendly and convenient, but we noticed peeling wallpaper and a musty odor from the A/C. Very nice outdoor pool. Good breakfast. Hotel rooms need updating but is generally a great spot for a convenient and cost effective place to stay.

Convenient BargainPosted Aug 19, 2013
Cons: Better, stronger coffee!
We have stayed here often when visiting Greensboro. It is more than adequate as a clean, comfortable place to sleep. Rooms have recently been redecorated and are surprisingly nice. Travelers who don't require much in amenities should be satisfied. The complementary breakfast is mediocre & the coffee weak, but there are a number of restaurants nearby. Just off of I-40 at the airport, it's easy to get on Bryan Parkway or Wendover, among other major roads.
