“Happy customer/professional traveler”

The staff was great. They greeted us politely and professionally. They worked with my group to get us rooms close by. The staff in the restaurant very wonderful. I have stayed there several times and this was the best stay so far.

“Friendly High Point Stay”

The only 2 issues that I had, was that the whole hotel is non-smoking, which I don't remember being mentioned in the amenities, and that "on property" parking is in a garage next door, which was fine, but that it is an additional $6.00 charge.

My stay at the HighPoint Best Western North Carolina was very pleasant. I had a very courteous and prompt check in even though the week end I stayed the hotel was booked to it's capacity due to the Special Olympics, Miss Teen North Carolina and I believe there was a wedding reception on my last night my of stay. My room was clean daily and very comfortable and quiet which is important to me .As far as ammenities, I would have liked a microwave, also I don't drink coffee and was surpised no tea bags were set out. My stay was too short, although very pleasant. All of the staff including the parking attendant were extremely helpful with questions and directions knowing I was from the West coast and never in N.C. All in all I would stay there again and highly recommend family and friends to stay there. Thank you!

The Bestern Western Hotel was clean and comfortable. I was very impressed overall.

“Hotel High Point - the high point of the trip after friends”

The hotel was in transition of ownership and was doing a great job handling that transition. The hotel and room was large, clean, and comfortable. The parking was secure and safe. The hotel and parking staff were polite and always helpful. Meals were handle wonderfully between the restuarant and the bar. Of course, seeing old friends was the best part of my trip, but having a geat place to stay made the whole trip worthwhile.

“Weird start, ended well”

Check-in was a disaster. We came in off the road, needing to find a place to eat before it closed, and the check-in clerk was being harassed by a psycho would had been telling her for five hours that she was lost and couldn't find the hotel. So the phone would ring every 15 seconds with this lady and the clerk didn't know how to deal with this. We told them we'd check in later and went to get dinner. When we got back, the psycho had given up, and we got our rooms. So after this rather weird experience we got to our rooms. Great rooms, nice beds, everything was phenomenal. Overall, great value for the price. Get past the check-in and this was a great stay at a great hotel.

“Would definitely stay there again”

As I stated above the hotel was great and our neighbors have booked a room for this weekend.

“Convient downtown location”

Hotel is being upgraded so there was some noise. The staff was very nice. The room was large and had everything a business person needed to do some work and relax. Will go back to this hotel.

We always stay here. It seems to be crowded when we check in with alot of kids but you never here them....
