“Home away from home”

I enjoy staying at the Best Western Windsor Suites. They staff is always accomodating and willing to help. The continental breakfast is just enough. It was located close to everywhere and everything I needed to get to. The room was clean as expected. The only draw back was the over heated hallways.

“Great hotel, great price”

I loved my stay here. this is my fourth stay in Greensboro -- previous times I have stayed at the Marriott downtown. I will be staying here from now on. Free continental breakfast was delicious and diverse. Check-in was great, with a free goodie bag and a free cookie. My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The hotel is slightly dated, which doesn't bother me as long as it's comfortable and clean, and the desk attendant was very friendly and helpful. There was a basket of fresh fruit next to the elevator -- nice touch! The neighborhood isn't ritzy or anything but as a mid-twenties female traveling solo, I felt safe. Plenty of shopping and dining nearby. Apparently they do a free dinner buffet on Wednesday evenings as well -- I'm amazed at what you get for the price -- paid less than half what the Marriott charges, and this time I got free breakfast, free wi-fi, and great service. Thanks!

“fun”

the hotel was great. Just specify in your reservations what you do and don't want. If you do this, your travel experience should be great. They don't have an indoor seasonal pool. Other than that, you should have a great time. The rooms are spacious and the staff is great!

“Very umpressed and satisfied!”

Room was very clean and its atmosphere was elegant. Hotel staff had already accomodated my request for a king bed, rather than two doubles, when I arrived for check-in. Experience at this hotel was pleasant!

this hotel was a very nice place to stay at. across the street is the largest mall in greensboro. close to a&t university and uncc. close to the movies and also downtown. the rooms are well maintained and house keeping cleans your room every single day leaving clean towels soaps and making the bed as well. front desk agaent are nice and respectful but dont seem to know much about the area though.

Stayed 4 nights in this hotel by myself and never felt unsafe. Very clean..breakfast area very well stocked (Make your own waffles, cereal, muffins, fruit, pastries and bagels). Room was clean and large for a great price! Comfortable bed with lots of pillows and coach and work station also. Large clean bathrooms. Hotel staff very nice and helpful especially because i did not know the area. Even accidently left my GPS system and it was returned via mail!!

The staff was very friendly. Impressed with room. Location was great - we were in town for a concert at the Coliseum. Lots of place to eat and we never got more than a mile off of I40.
