The Hotel was very nicePosted Nov 30, 2013
Pros: The bathroom
Cons: The carpet, bedding and potential central air instead of floor heating and air.
Location: Greensboro area, they have several nice restaurants, coliseums, carol winds but be careful of the contamination in some of the water areas.
But didn't have a great choice of comforters sets just plain cotton sheet bedding The carpet needs to be replaced especially in the hallways based on first impressions that could be a turn off for guest

Pros: The room was very clean and it looks like it's been renovated recently. I felt very safe there.
Cons: Would like to see eggs at breakfast.
Location: Close to Four Seasons Mall, restaurants and I-40

Eagles' NestPosted Nov 19, 2013
Pros: The rooms are very comfortable.
Cons: Carpeting in common areas is worn and stained.
Location: Great restaurants and shopping all around.
Stayed here for Eagles concert at Coliseum. Hotel is right across parking lot from large restaurants/bars--very convenient. Four Seasons mall is across highway. You could walk it but probably would want to drive over especially if you plan to shop. Shuttle to coliseum was great but a little slow getting back after the show. The hallway carpeting is worn and could be replaced but the room was VERY clean, comfortable, and quiet. We often stay here when traveling to Greensboro for events at the Coliseum.

Great near the heart if the cityPosted Nov 14, 2013
I went to Greensboro for my homecoming, NCAT&T stand up!!! But this hotel surprised me, nice bedroom WAY bigger than expected. It was a king bedroom and had a sofa bed in the room as well.....could've slept 4 people. But the location was awesome as well....4 minutes from downtown and 1 minute from the mall....literally right next to EVERY restaurant in the city! I recommend this hotel to anyone. I plan to book again!

Nice, but safe?Posted Nov 11, 2013
I stay in Greensboro some nights b/c I'm there late for classes, so I only want a safe place to sleep so I can drive safely back to where I live, which is about 1.25 hours away. The hotel was nice, if a little older, and the front desk staff was very nice. The one who was there when I checked in called me in my room about 10 minutes after I got in, asking if everything was ok - that was very nice. The breakfast wasn't especially good - truly continental breakfast with not very quality ingredients. I only question the safety. It's not the actual hotel itself or the clientele that made me wary - it was the surrounding area. There are a lot of hotels in the area, a lot of bars... It just feels like a seedy area.

Pros: The desk attendant was pleasant and friendly. He contacted me after we got settled to ask if everything was okay with the room.
Cons: Not enough pressure coming from shower head. It was replaced, but still not strong enough.
Location: Hotel centrally located to shoppng mall and movie theater. Also within 10 minute drive to UNCG

DisappointedPosted Sep 13, 2013
The air conditioner in the room smelled like mold when running. Carpets were dirty throughout the hotel. Location is convenient but not the best. Would not stay again or recommend to others.

Great StayPosted Sep 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
I am glad I choose this hotel I was going to book a hotel that was about 60 dollars more but I am very thankful that I didn't. It was located in walking distance of very popular restaurants in Greensboro. The mall was across the street and I 40 was right there. The staff was very helpful and they always had a smile. The room was exactly the way you saw on hotel.com. They were very clean and comfortable.

Pros: Continental breakfast and the price
Cons: Use of vacuums
Location: Greensboro is a busy place and only 45 minutes away Raleigh-Durham and 2 hours from Charlotte.
The price was right and the room was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and nicely updated. The rooms are not vacuumed though because there was something on the floor near the corner that looked like a piece of chocolate and it had not been picked up from the cleaning before we moved in, nor the next day. (I know it did not come from us because we did not eat in the room.) The continental breakfast was very good!!! I would stay there again.
