Fantastic staff and great service!

Pros: Balcony overlooking pool, great food, room had lots of accommodations like fridge, microwave and comfortable couch
Cons: Loud plumbing and toilets
Location: Walking distance to a couple chain restaurants, not a far drive to other options and the Elon campus for some more local flavor.
The front desk staff were extremely pleasant and lovely to talk to. They remembered the reason for my stay and asked me how things went throughout my time there (I was in town for an audition). The staff at the little bistro/Starbucks in the lobby were also very kind and attentive. Great people working here! The only minor complaint I have is the sound of the toilets when they were flushed. Seems like a silly thing, but they can be heard from all over and at all times of the day and night. So I guess bring some earplugs if you're a light sleeper. But better to have a forceful toilet than deal with backups or other unpleasantness! Like I said, a minor thing but something to be aware of.

Hotel with great service
Posted Jan 5, 2013
Pros: close to the airport and greensboro
Cons: didn't have the latest furniture like they did in the Marriott Residence Inn in Beverly Hills
The staff service was excellent and they were attentive to my needs. From check-in to check-out process was easy. I like having the convenience of having Starbucks in the lobby before heading out to a meeting. There is also a cafe in the lobby so you can order breakfast. The food tasted pretty good. I enjoyed eating my breakfast in a private booth whch had a television with remote. It was nice having quiet night's rest at night. There was also spacious parking in front or back of the building. For the business travelers there is a business center where you can access internet, work on Powerpoint presentations or print any necessary documents. In addition, they had a business conference room available.

Marriott ---good place to stay for Elon events
Posted Jan 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
We enjoyed our stay at the Marriiott Courtyard in Burlington. We were in town for an Elon University event. The hotel is convenient to Elon and also to restaurants. Roon was clean, but the bed was a little too soft to be confortable,

Great hotel, service needs improvement
Posted Jan 14, 2013
The quality of the hotel was good but I had a few probelms with the service. I requested a wake up call that never came. I had ordered breakfast with the reservation and paid extra for it but I was told by hotel staff that no breakfast came with my room. The water cooler in the exrecise room was out of water. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay.

In disparate need of refurbishing...
Posted Jan 25, 2012 on Hotels.com
The bedding was adequate and attractive, but the rest of the furniture in the room was worn, dirty, and dated. We stayed in a king room. It was too small for the amount of furniture the hotel felt was essential to the room. The furniture was poorly arranged, and the decor was sad. We were given fresh soaps for our second night, but no fresh towels. Our used, dirty towels were left for us. The shampoos, conditioners, and lotions provided appeared to have been previously used by other guests Ew......

Unfortunately, I didn't spend much time at the hotel. Arrived late and left early. I thought it was a tad bit pricey and felt that the rates were being raised due to the HighPoint trade show.
