“Not my first choice, but a pleasant surprise.”

The front desk was pleasant and extremely receptive to our needs and changes in our schedule. Rooms are well kept with non smoking on the second floor and smoking rooms on the first floor. A positive experience.

“Affordable and Convenient”

We didn't pay much, but we were happy with the service. It wasn't the grand hotel in the city, but it was a place to stay, with everything we needed. We appreciated the breakfast in the morning. All the staff was extremely happy to help.

Shower needed to be updated/replaced/fixed, all tv channels listed were not clear or visible. Good location from major interstate, clean room, friendly service, all-around good 2 star hotel.

The room had a very bad odor. The bed was rock hard and was higher in the bottom than the top. The pillows were lumpy. The last day there was nothing for breakfeast. The excuse was there was a new person on 3rd shift and they didn't know they had to take things out of the freezer. Very dissappointed!

As soon as you came in there was a strong ciragette smell in the lobby. The front desk staff was pleasant. The cleaning crew was also pleasant. Continental breakfast was not bad, there were bagels, cereals, juice coffee, etc. The bathroom could have used some updating and cleaning. The beds were horrible.

If all you want is a place to sleep, this place will do the job just fine.

“Polite staff, but questionable atmosphere and patrons”

My stay at the hotel was not the most ideal setting. Twice, I was confronted in the parking lot by drunken persons about alleged personal problems, and/or those claiming to be homeless Veterans just recently returned from Iraq who were suddenly down on their luck. The hotel seemed to be a hangout spot of local youths who congregated at the swimming pool or stood around in the parking lot smoking. Please note however, that the staff was courteous and polite at all times.
