“You have got to be kidding...........”

Upon arrival to this hotel we discussed our trip to the Coliseum. The staff offered taxi service--forgetting to tell us about the shuttle offered by the hotel. No taxi service was available. The hotel lobby and breakfast area are no indication of the surprise you find when entering your room. The hotel may have last renovated their rooms when the Jackson 5 were topping the charts. It has probably been cleaned twice since then...... our non smoking room stunk like an ashtray. Hotel staff is friendly at the front desk. Maid service is non existant. Our maid came into the room to take the only towels we had and didn't replace them. She did nothing else. The one o'clock in the morning trip for towels isn't a pleasant reminder of the service this hotel lacks. Specifically, the bathroom had years of grim on the floor tiles, and shower area. All metal in the shower stall was rusted. There were holes in the ceiling and the carpet had areas of different colors from dirt. Anyone who rates this hotel as even remotely clean-does not bathe regularly. We recommend taking a tent and camping instead of considering this establishment.

“HORRIBLE”

This was the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in, as the room was disgusting and not maintained! The bathroom ceiling was almost caving in...when running the fan, if you pushed on the falling ceiling, the rattling would stop. The counter in the dressing area was falling off of the wall, and the room was a complete fire hazard. There were 6 plugs in one socket.......plugged into a non-surge protectant device, which kept me from staying the night. We checked in at 2pm and checked OUT at 6pm. Also, if you ever stay, do NOT order from the food delivery service in which there is a large menu on the table as you walk in. Our simple order took more than 1 hour and 15 minutes to receive. If it were up to me, I would demand my money back.......Actually, is there any way to process this request?

“needs refurbishing and a new staff”

Disappointing hotel stay. Not in a great neighborhood, steps and paint in need of repair, alarm clock was broken, breakfast bar not attended to (so I was forced to go into storage closet to get my own plastic silverware and cups), and when housekeeping brought fresh towels for the new day they didn't even make up the bed!
