Clean and budget friendly.
Upon checking in I had to pay a pet fee despite informing staff that I had a service animal. There is a $100 deposit for incidental occurrence. The room smelled and looked clean. The hotel is outdated but had the necessary things for a one night stay.

The one lady they had on staff was helpful. However, she did not have the tools and or systems to make her efficient. Check-in took over 30 minutes. There is no lobby. There are no seats. Smoke filled the lobby. The room was fine.

It worked and we slept....BUT......
The woman on the desk at night was short with us, when we were asking questions about the payment, pet deposit, and another deposit required above and beyond. We had 2 rooms and they charged the pet deposit for both rooms. "Damage Deposit" I get it, but do not like it. Penalize all for the few. The ladies in the morning were very nice and helped answer my questions. The room was clean, but the bed was ROCK Hard.

Staff was pretty good. The rooms, facility and property are horrendous. Sleeper sofa got stuck (couldn't close) and even worse the mattress was moldy. Socks would be solid black if not wearing shoes. Smells in the rooms and hallways were awful.

After seeing the room, we immediately asked for a refund and left. The desk clerk was very nice and seemed to be the only one there. The room smelled bad and was in serious need of an upgrade. The online pictures did not portray what our roon looked like at all.

check in person king of rude. got charged an extra $50.00. was NOT happy. hard to find. no signs. we were not sure if it was the right place. very creepy & extremely smelly hallways. my 15 old had a panic attack it was so creepy & smelly & her dad had to come get her & take her home do she missed seeing her new niece in virginia. do not recommend this creepy hotel.

This location is nothing compared to the Other location in Greensboro. I really looked forward to staying there again and I had a bad experience this time . Both bedrooms pull out couch bed was full of Crumbs , torn mattress covers and discolored mattress . There were no available Pots , pans and utensils to prepare any meals . This hotel needs an upgrade !!

It was the worst place I’ve ever stayed ! Filthy inside and out! Not enuf staff! I saw 3 people working in 2 days. The outside was covered in trash as well as hallways and stairs. I ask for first floor for my dog . They told me ok then when I got there they had nothing but 3rd floor. I wouldn’t recommend a homeless person to stay there.

Nice property, but management seems to allow large loud gatherings in the lobby well past 11pm. Not a great place to get sleep if you have early morning plans the next day.

My issue was it didn’t have an Elevator and they put me on the third floor having to carry a heavy suitcase was horrible No ice machine, furniture had holes in it or was damage. Felt like I was staying in a crack head hotel that nobody wants to stay in

The property is filled with construction men, street hustlers, the room was covered in blood, stains on curtains, walls, floors. Furniture holes and rips all over furniture exposing the stuffing which was dirty and the odor will run you to the toilet.
