“Kudos to this Location......”

Check-in was relatively flawless and the reception was very warm. Convenient location from the Airport and multiple healthy eateries within a 1 mile radius. Quite stretch of road and no noisy neighbors running around partying. Will accept this hotel for future visits.

“Ok if you are on a budget”

If you arre a smoker, and have heavy luggage, I would not recommend. I was on a 5-day trip and had to lug my large suitcase up the stairs (no elevator) to third floor. The key didn't work, so I had to drag it all the way back down to the lobby then up agsin, and I am a very tiny older lady. Also, coffeepot but no coffee in the room or provided.

“OK Stay”

The place was clean and comfortable, the only issue was that there was a giant stain (spilled juice) on the floor.

“Stayed here once before and it was ok, but will NEVER go back.”

After check-in, I had to rush to my room and change before an event I was in town for. The towel I used after my shower had an "once used" smell to it. Totally grossed me out and I reshowered. The tub itself could've used a good scrubbing and that's why I wore shower shoes. The shower curtain was completely moldy at the bottom and there also appeared to be mold in the corners of the shower. For this reason, i let the curtain hang outside of the tub. This caused water to puddle in the bathroom but I used the "smelly" towel and the kitchen towel for it. My second night in the room was fine until I took a look up at the top of the shower. There was a dirty, dingy, nasty-looking wash cloth that was haning on the top rung of the shower curtain!! I was so freaked out that I actually screamed out "Eww!!" and quickly finished my shower. Last year, we used this hotel for a weekend stay and had issues with ants and not being able to get clean towels because, according to the front desk clerk, there weren't enough to put in the empty rooms and give to us. There were also beer bottle caps under the bed (none of us drink) and a funny smell in the room. I thought I'd stay here again because of the price and being less than 5 minutes from my venue, but was disappointed just as much this stay as before. Will still use Expedia's for future trips, but will Never stay at this hotel again.

“Not Impressed”

The hotel did not have the amenties that I was used to such as daily towel exchange and daily cleaning.

“Please don't stay here”

Terrible place. Incompetent management. Half their rooms didn't have electricity. Shady characters around property. I can't stress how terrible this place is.

“My BAD STAY!!!”

This hotel was dirty and loud. From 11 pm until 4 am there were people party and screaming very loud...I got no sleep at all. I try to call front desk and no one would answer.

“Concrete Bed”

The only thing good about this hotel was their customer service. the carpet was stained, the tv is around 20 years old, the recliner was falling apart and most important, the bed was like a concrete slab with a blanket over it. we could not sleep and around 4:00am into our stay we found a room at the Court Yard by Mariotte and left by 7:00am forfeiting a paid nights stay at the Extended Stay. We then went to our new room at the Mariotte and was extremely satisfied and was finally able to get some sleep!

“concrete bed”

service was top notch however the bed was as hard as concrete, the carpet was stained, the tv was very old and only 19 inches, the recliner was stained and falling apart. we checked out when the office opened at 7 and checked into another hotel so that we could get some sleep. not a happy camper with the hotel but expedia made it right by us.
