My company just moved my division to Greensboro from Texas, so I will be in town from time to time. I have definitely found the Hotel I will be staying at when I need to come to town. I cannot commend your staff enough, I was very impressed with how courteous and professional everyone was. First impressions are in deed lasting ones. You certainly earned my future business.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My family came over and the staff helped them send a fax and otherwise allowed them to use some of the hotel facilities. I appreciated all they did for us.

We've been visiting this specific Fairfield since our daughter started college. We stay here because the staff is friendly and very accommodating. One time, we stayed for an extended period of time while our daughter recuperated from surgery. The staff did everything possible to make her recovery comfortable. Lewis even brought her waffles in the morning!

“Great airport service”

I needed a hotel near the airport for arrival after a snowstorm and made a reservation on Expedia that day. When I called the hotel for their airport shuttle late at night after a plane delay, they said they had sent the driver home, but they would pay for a taxi to pick me up. I really appreciated that service. It was a great place to stay after a very long and frustrating day! Also great to walk to Ruby Tuesdays near the hotel, and convenient to I-40.

This is a friendly and highly accommodating place to stay for business travel in the Greensboro area. Close to the airport and within walking distance to restaurants makes for a convenient stay. The hotel offers a breakfast service and evening happy hour that are truly comforts for an on-the-go traveler. The staff is friendly, helpful and down-to-earth while the rate is affordable and worth every penny. I will be returning here for all of my trips to the Greensboro area.

Furniture was tired; expedia's cost was no different than Marriott's; got the first room off the lobby by elevator which constantly meant you heard everytime the elevator moved. Noise in morning from people was a dsitraction to sleep.
