Great StayPosted Apr 14, 2014
Pros: I enjoyed my stay
I was lucky enough to arrive on a Thursday when they have the manager cookout. It was nice to be able to just put down my bags and enjoy a nice meal with other guests and the staff. The rooms are newer and the amenities are nice. The breakfast in the morning is one of the best around. Its in a good location lose enough to the highway but no highway noise. Im getting ready to book another Thursday night for this week. It has good wifi, nice LCD TV, a fridge and stove, all in good condition.

Great room, value & locationPosted Apr 10, 2014
Pros: cleanliness, price, convenience, comfort - if I were staying longer, the kitchenette would be an added perk.
Location: close to airport, High Point University, and High Point Furniture Market
I had a late check-in but was met with friendly & accommodating staff. The staff had everything in order & ready for my check-in. The room was sparkling clean, comfortable, and quiet. The room appointments were in excellent condition outside of a leather chair that had some wear. Although I did not use the kitchenette, it was clean and well stocked with cooking utensils & pans. The bed was also comfortable; blockout curtains were at the window; and the bathroom was spotless with guest toiletries, good lighting, extra bath towels, and hair dryer. Before leaving, I looked into the fitness room and laundry room - both neat and clean. The complimentary breakfast was also good - with a wide assortment - eggs cereals, waffles, pastries, fresh fruit. In summary, it was a very pleasant stay...I would highly recommend it either for an overnight or extended stay.

Nice, clean, recently refurbished suitesPosted Mar 24, 2014
Pros: Clean. Recently refurbished. Room was very large. Felt safe around the area. Staff was wonderful.
Cons: Our room was not cleaned after the first night because they were short 2 staff. There was an empty soda bottle on the floor when we first went in.
Location: 10 minutes to Coliseum area. It sits in a cluster of long-term hotels. Ruby Tuesday at the corner, McDonalds, Wendys, Subway within blocks.
Overall, it was an excellent choice. Hotel was recently refurbished and most everything was like new. Trendy decorations and lighted mirrors, new carpeting. Price was very reasonable for a suite. It also had a full kitchen including dishes, 2-burner stove, full refrigerator, full microwave, full dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and garbage disposal. Was only missing an oven. Hotel staff was very courteous and polite. We were attending an event near the Coliseum and everything near the Coliseum was either booked or a lot more money. This hotel was literally 10 minutes away and we saved a lot. The amenities listed says Breakfast buffet from 6-9am. Unfortunately, we stayed during the weekend and they failed to publicize that the weekend hours are 7-10am, and we had to be somewhere both days by 6:45. We would have stayed somewhere else had we known that because we ended up paying for breakfast at another place.

Do not make this your choicePosted Mar 18, 2014
We stayed here for the ACC tournament. The room was not cleaned well at all and smelled like a big ash tray (supposed to be non-smoking). The second night I had to go to the front desk to ask for shampoo because they do not clean the rooms on the weekend . I was told that they were out. I will not stay here again.

Quick overnight stay for an early morning appointmPosted Jan 30, 2014
The hotel was lovely. Looks as though it was recently updated. The suite was clean & roomy for myself & 2 sons. The am front desk associate was less than pleasant. Breakfast was tasty & plentiful. I would definitely return.
