Our room was across from the ice machine. Our second night we were constantly woken from people getting ice at all hours of the night and doing it loudly. Our first morning, breakfast was gone before 9am.

It was just ok. I booked a stay for 4 people but got 3 sets of towels. That needs to be addressed based on the amount of occupancy you’re expecting to have.

Our shower was dirty had large amounts of hair on the floor. Toilet ran constantly, some floors smelled like cigarette smoke and mirajanna. We stayed 3 nights no housekeeping.

Smallest. Toilet. Ever. Breakfast was ok. But you had to fight for seating. I was hoping for waffles. The hotel was surrounded by the very invasive Bradford Pear trees. They smell awful. Also no where to walk your dog. You just had to let them do it in the mulch area outside the door.

Room was clean, well-appointed but needs blackout curtain repaired. No TV station nor program content available on remote. Highway noise was loud. Toilet was very low to the floor. Staff very pleasant.

It was alright. Room very nice and clean. However, by stairwell. You could hear the door open and close throughout the night, you could hear people talking in the stairwell and footsteps going up and downstairs throughout the night. The street traffic throughout the night, you could hear it as if you were actually outside.

Check in person wasnt very welcoming and I was given a room that smelled like complete smoke and affected my asthma. I asked for another room and was given one with a smaller bed.

When we went to check in, there was no-one at the front desk for 10 minutes. My husband even used his cell phone to call the front desk repeatedly to see if someone would come and they didn't. The room was okay but the bathroom was gross. There was no water pressure and the tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, there was hair and dirt and things at the bottom of the tub and the shower curtain was moldy. We were very disappointed in our stay.

It was an excellent choice for my needs. Will stay there again in a few month's. My Comments below are not about this property but it is about Hotels in General now post pandemic. But it suffers the same as all hotels post pandemic. Getting your room taken care of daily was a luxury I enjoyed pre-pandemic now it's like asking for special treatment.

The hotel is in a great location for travel throughout Greensboro. The room was spacious with a separate den with TV.

Super place to stay.
Everything was wonderful. As a suggestion, the stuff in the room was not coffee or bad coffee, and they had a cafe area but it was never open , so I have to go out for coffee each day. Not a big deal. FYI I am a coffee snob. Also as with most budget hotels check the iron before using. It was a great place and I recommend it highly

I was surprised there is not closet or hangers in the room. I have stayed in rooms all over the world and never saw this. Had to hang items on the hooks on the bathroom door. If I was attending an evening or wedding or staying longer I would have had an issue with no closet. Also while I was out of the room the window shade fell. I had to remove it because it covered the vent.
