“customer svc always great”
The desk clerks are always very polite! I enjoy their customer service.
“knights inn”
It wasn't extravagant but it was comfortable enough.......Some more towels would have been nice though.
“Some towels would have been nice!”
Our stay in Greensboro was inexpensive. The Knight's Inn has that portion DIALED! The ladies we dealt with behind the desk were helpful and fun, but the maid service... oh golly! When we booked our reservation, I specifically stated we'd have 3 adults in the room. There were two towels upon checkin. I called the front desk, and was told it would be impossible to get additional full-size towels that evening. No problem... One of us can take one for the team and not shower the following morning. We requested extra towels for the following day. Upon our return, at 11 PM, we found NO towels. Nada, zilch, zip! HILARIOUS! Luckily, they had a large stack of HAND TOWELS behind the front desk! Yes, we dried off with a pile of hand towels. Hilarious. Before leaving the next morning, I went down and requested large towels, which the embarrassed clerk graciously provided. We placed the Do Not Disturb sign on our door and just reused the towels, rather than giving them an opportunity to steal them again. The room was fine... clean, quiet, cool. Large enough, but old-fashioned. Very 70's. On the other hand we just needed a place to crash... and it gave us a hilarious story to tell!
“Not impressed”
need to replace bedding from quilts to pillow cases. there was blood on sheets, blankets, and towels had o ask to many times to replace bedding. this hotel did not seem to take pride in their business. the rooms were not cleaned or changed until 5:00 pm
“won't go back”
The place just didn't seem clean...it was clean enough, but didn't have that clean feeling.
“Don't go there!”
First, the lady gave us a room that she said was a nonsmoking room, but it wasn't. Secondly, the door to our room only locked half the time. Thirdly, when we turned on the facet and the tub, rust mixed with water came out. It took about 30 seconds before the water ran clear. Lastly, the hotel charged us twice for our room and never reimbursed us, so Expedia graciously gave us back our money. Don't go there!!!!!!!!!
“I would never try this hotel again unless absolutely necessary”
this was my second time or third time so I did not hesitate in going back. The microwave barely work it takes more than one trys to get it to warm up anything. The refridgerator was filthy. The TV remote in one of the rooms work on and off. The next thing that stuns me not being able to use my lap top. Not wi fi ready. So next time I have to choose another place to stay the Days Inn right next door is Wi fi ready. In todays world every hotel should be. It does not take too much to clean off the fridge door and handle.
“Scary”
This hotel was so scary. It was off the main road and right on the interstate; extremely hard to find and the sign for it had a huge X painted on it. It was very rundown and in a bad part of the neighborhood. Although the rooms were huge, they were not clean or comfortable. Not worth the money.
“Disgusting hotel”
The sheets here were disgusting. I had to request that the bathroom be recleaned and new sheets brought in. And after all this, the bathroom was still not clean. The surrounding neighborhood seemed dangerous and I was worried about going out at night.
“Not on your life”
To start off, someone hung themself off one of the balconies. It is in a bad part of town, sirens going off all night. A check in window, no loby, that has to tell you something. Never go back.
