Unit was very clean and staff (Especially Britney She was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area), and ALL staff members greeted us upon entering & exiting. The only disappointment was the breakfast option, very limitied .

Misplaced key before getting to room, attendant replaced but did not change key code, I know because I found it in my bag and both cards worked. If it had been truly lost, someone could’ve had access to our room. Because the number was on the key sleeve Because Review. Good

The place was being renovated and we were not told. Got there to no breakfast as stated and included in cost. Smelly and looked terrifying. Was charged extra money that wasn’t stated before hand. All in all it was the worst place I have ever stayed in. I was scared of getting robbed the whole time.

While I would apologize for the inconveniences you encountered, I wonder if you were at our hotel? Everything is brand new so there is no smell of any kind. The charges you were charged were for incidentals, and all hotels charge incidentals. I would love to speak with you further to sort this out as this is not the experience we want anyone to have.

Sought to check in 8 min early, had a child who needed the bathroom. Was denied and sent across the street to a Bojangles. Came in after checkin at 3 and desk clerk acted like I was rushing her on having a clean room available. She Instructed us to park in back of property as the front elevator was broken-exterior of property in rear was in awful condition. Nails, screws, and construction debris all over the lot. I picked up at least 20 nails and screws from my parking space alone before pulling back out. The Grass is a foot tall, and half smoked cigarettes are laying everywhere, including on the door keypad. There was no warning that the property was under construction ahead of time. Breakfast was extremely limited and in the middle of an active construction zone taking place in same space. The room itself was good. No complaints there, the noise level was awful overnight on floor. Seemed like several drunk guests. Management was unsympathetic next morning upon checkout about noise and mess and asked for constriction understanding-this was most unorganized construction I have ever seen. 48hrs later I also still have not one but 2 pending CC charges for room rate plus a 100.00 deposit tying up my available credit.

Our room was fine, but the main floor and lobby was under construction, which I was not aware of when I booked the hotel. The breakfast was very limited and there were no amenities such as vending machines, business center, or places to relax in the lobby when waiting for people.

Tons of construction. Like ladders in in the entrance, no floor in the lobby. Paint crews all over the place. Whole floors roped off. Weren’t giving any notice of this when we showed up with reservations for 6 rooms. Very dissatisfied.

I travel every 2 weeks across the country and the front desk receptionist was the rudest and the most unhelpful employee I have encountered. The receptionist should be greeting people not being rude about any question. I talked with other people staying at the hotel and they had they same experience with the front desk receptionist. Plus I called a week ago and was never told there was construction going in the building. The front lobby was destroyed. On each floor material for construction was all over the place.

This review isn’t supposed to be negative but, objective. This was a last minute trip and was the only place that would let me bring my 50 lb dog, but I didn’t know the hotel was under renovation in the lobby which made getting around things interesting and was kinda dirty but that’s understandable. All in all it had everything I needed for a 1-night stay

Hotel is doing major renovations. Would not recommend staying here at this time. Lobby was unusable and completely under construction. We were with a large group and there was no where to congregate. Entire hotel smelled of paint fumes/glue, including in rooms. Large gap under doors to room allowed all noise in so very little sleep frim all the noise. Staff were very rude and not trained. Only plus was rooms were recently renovated.

Renovation construction going on so public areas/bathrooms were undergoing upgrades, but rooms are VERY nice and bath/showers are the best Ive seen. KING bed is like sleeping on a giant cloud. Will DEFINITELY stay here again

They are remodeling only one elevator working in the back told to park in the back where there were only three spaces which were already taken Parking lot was totally trashed with broken pieces of old furniture making it unsafe to walk I left demanded a refund which I hope I get

The room was super clean. Hardly anyone around so quiet. They are doing construction or up grading areas. In the long run this will be great but looks tacky. Would have given 5 for everything if someone said we are undergoing some renovations and are giving our customers a small discount. They have a smoking area out front so that is the first thing you see and smell, cigarette butts all over. Feels like a safe area. Can't comment on the breakfast, it ends early and if their is a pool or gym I never saw it.

Checked in and wasn’t asked anything about my dogs. La Quintas are pet friendly and I’ve never heard of any fees that’s why I booked with them. Gave my credit card as my form of payment. Got a call about my dogs barking while I was in the middle of a concert, the reason I was in town. Left the concert early and went to the front desk where the young lady was frantic and I asked her if we needed to leave. She said no, just fill out some information about my dogs. So I did and went to my room and heard nothing else. Now I’m home and looked at my bank account and I was charged on my debit card that I did not present and an extra $75 for a pet fee. A pet fee I did not know about and was not presented at any time. The location is under construction and very noisy with what I’m assuming everyone being put on the same floor. I specifically wanted a suite so my dogs would be near the door and listening to all the noise. I feel scammed with the pet fees and mismanagement of my credit cards. No one had permission to run my debit card or charge me an extra amount. Won’t stay there again.

There nothing unique about the property renovations was going on doing my visit. Limited handicap parking, no mobility accessible rooms available during my visit. The breakfast coffee cold, no milk for cereal.

We were not able to stay there because the room was not designed for a handicapped person. We were forced to pay for the first night even though we weren’t able to stay there. I would never recommend your property.
