“Nice Stay at the Lodge”

The lodge was the cutest place. I went to a concert at the Greensboro Coliseum and stayed overnight at the Lodge. It was convenient and provided a comfortable and convenient atmosphere. I had a king size bed, plus a breakfast bar, as well as a full sized refrigerator, microwave, stove burners, 12 cup coffee pot, and dishes/silverware. If you need a blowdryer or shampoo/conditioner, bring your own. Otherwise, it was quite impressive with good service! :)

I would recommend this because there were restaurants nearby as well.

Events and shows

I went to see the Share the Welt Tour headlined by Five Finger Death Punch! This show also had All that Remains, Hatebreed, and Rains as openers. It was a FANTASTICLy Hard & Heavy metal show! While not to give too much away, it was a big production with a lot of favorite songs on the setlists! This is a can't miss show! I really enjoy seeing shows at the Greensboro Coliseum. Major acts usually make a stop there! I know I will continue to keep informed of what shows are coming there, so I can make a fun overnight trip there again! :)

“Bare bones”

Lacks comfortable furniture - no table or desk. The message light on the whole time we were there even though we called and asked that it be turned off and were promised it would be. Received a 5:30 wake-up call that we did not place. Had trouble getting the lock to respond to our room key. Neighborhood was somewhat noisy. On the whole not our dream location.

Area recommendations

Shopping in this part of town was good. Italian restaurant next door was excellent.

“The Hotel is ok to sleep shower and shave, no housekeeping available during my three day stay”

The room was small and semi comfortable, the location was good for me no house keeping available for my three day stay i had to make my own bed pick up fresh towels did not make much trash so if you dont have a problem doing that then it is ok the price was right. enough parking close to restaurants and fwy access.

“Would not recommend”

I would only recommend this hotel if you don't have absolutley no where else to stay and that is why I stayed here, there was no other hotels available because of the market event that I was not attending. I was really afraid it had bed bugs, to my surprise it didn't so I was really excited about that. I didn't realize this is an extended stay hotel so I guess for that reason they do not have any quality furniture, very old and worn. Bathroom not that clean.

“Great Price and Great Location”

Room was very well located but it had a very slight smoke smell in the room. Other than that everything went very well and I am satisfied and would stay there again for the money.

“Dont waste your time if you want maid service included..”

There was no maid service available as the front desk said they were mainly a long term stay motel where rooms are rented by the week or month. That explains some of the shady looking people in the parking lot. Maybe that should have been listed. The beds were uncomfortable and the linens didn't smell fresh. I was there for three nights and couldn't wait to get home. Be aware. Look for another hotel. This place offered no service or amenities....

Area recommendations

The surrounding area is fine. Lot's of places to eat and shop. Just pick a different hotel and you'll be fine. I've stayed across the street before and had no problems but this time there was no vacancy so I decided to try this place. Big mistake.

“Perfect for what I needed- Cheap, Clean, Simple with Kitchenette”

The place was clean and had a kitchen with a stove and refridgerator and two sets of dishes. It also had a coffee maker but no filters(or coffee) were provided. I just needed a cheap place to stay while I was searching for an apartment and this place was great. My dog was allowed too! The only thing is we asked for extra pillows and they didn't have any, other than that it was great.

“Lodge America of Greensboro”

I was ok, but the hotel is said to be a place that many male construction and laborers reside while in the area. The establishment has poor upkeep in their rooms as well.
