The Marriott Greensboro Airport was the perfect location for us since my fiancé and I missed our flight. It was a short 5 minute walk from the airport and checking in was a breeze. The room smelled clean and super comfortable to relax in after a long day at the airport. We headed down for dinner and a few drinks. We had the fried flounder and apple cobbler for dessert. Both were fantastic! Sylvia and Joanne behind the bar totally took care of us! They were both so personable and attentive. We highly recommend this stay if you’re looking for comfort and respite!

The staff was amazing. However, the cleanliness of the facility, specifically the room was digusting. There was obvious dirt in and around the shower area making the shower unusable. Visible dirt on the wall that came off with a warm rag and clorox wioe. The dirt on the shower wall looked like the same dirty hand print that was on the wall. The toilet was stopped up. There was remince of two insects burned out on the top of the dresser just below the tv and beside the ice bucket. I brought belach to wipe down surfaces and didn't notice these things unri I finished disinfecting areas I would touch. I did immediately report these things to the hotel and someone came ro give me a ticket to eat and I shiwed them the areas. I was too tired to mibe to another room and clean so I just didnt use the shower. The tiolet I didst notice was stopped up until the next morning. I did forget to report that to the front desk upon leaving. They said they gave me some extea Marriott points. I would not reccomend them and most likely would not use this facility again unless it was an emergency and I am satisified with the room after a thorough inspection.

Sit right on the airport, so the convenience is there. There are very god food and shopping option less than 5 miles away. Nice room, though kind of small for what I expected. Nice lobby that was very active. I’m pretty sure I saw on site security. The property is nice but not spectacular and awing. Pricing is ATL east 150; I don’t know about every room. Typical for a Marriott property. It’s a Marriott so you’ll get what’s expected from the brand here.

The room is small, so as to bathroom. The beds are very low. Bed sheets are not only very thin but also have holes. The room is dark. A/C is very loud. The room was assigned us had a problem with the toilet which didn’t flush, so we had to change our room. It is odd that toilet flushing issue wasn’t detected before letting guests check in. The overall quality is way below 3-star.

The convenient location relative to the airport was the best part along with the ease of parking. The relative quiet was a bit of a surprise given that planes were taking off and landing very close by. The dinner the second evening was surprisingly good (a reasonable portion of salmon and simple vegetables) and not all that expensive, while the breakfast the following morning was the reverse (the scrambled eggs especially tasted weird). The signage on the surrounding roads was confusing, especially in evening darkness (suggestion: paint road names in the road near exits, that really helps); and the fact that the swimming pool was out of commission was a disappointment. On the whole though, a reasonable value for the money.

The food for the buffet was cold each day. The staff checking in were pleasant. The beds were comfortable and although we were near the airport it was super quiet. I felt safe and secure the entire time I was there.

Quiet comfortable night sleep
Despite being sold out and having several parties going on in the bar that night, I was only one floor up and my stay was very quiet. I was able to sleep soundly as a light sleeper. The bed was incredibly comfortable.
