Staff was delightful, room was clean and very comfortable, we were quite impressed and would definitely stay here again. We would have preferred the option of a late check-out but that certainly wasn't a deal-breaker.

My room was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. With a microwave and refrigerator and parking next to the room, I could not be more satisfied. Excellent value for the price. I will definitely stay here again during my next visit to Greensboro.

You can pay more at most of the hotels in the area, but none will give you any more value for the money. Friendly staff, clean room, very convenient to everything downtown, a world class mall nearby, and parking in frony of the room is a major plus for me.

nothing fancy ( hey it's a red roof inn!) but spotlessly clean, convenient, and quiet....if in the area, i would stay there again!

Super nice staff. Only thing is they didn't have a hair dryer in the room and had to go to the lobby to sign one out.

I would recommend this hotel, it was nice but the staff is what sold me on a return visit. They were extremely helpful and kind.

The entire hotel was very clean and the staff very nice. The only complaint I have is that the entire room was wet when I checked in. The carpets must have just been cleaned along with the bedding, causing the room to be extremely humid. We checked in at 1pm and figured 12 hours later when we would be coming back after the concert we bought tickets too it would be dry and ok. That wasn't the case, and it was a little late to complain to the front desk and our room was already a handicapped one because it was the last open room of its size (the larger room), so there wasn't anything that could have been done anyway. Nice, obviously clean hotel. Just needed to make sure everything was dry after cleaning.

make the internet connection faster & more powerful. pay tv didn't work 1 nite. otherwise; good for the money. good coffee in the lobby.
