“A Good Place to Stay”

Room had been refurbished. It's very practical when staying the day in the room is not planned. Very convenient to Walmart and other stores / restaurants. Easy to get to downtown Greensboro as it's right next to Hwy 29. Even with all that traffic, it's quiet.

“Better Than Expected”

Room was neat... cleaner than i expected. Not luxurious or anthing but it served it's purpose. Stayed for 3 nights and staff came to clean the room daily. New towels and wash clothes were provided daily. If/when I return I would stay here again.

“Regency Inn”

I have stayed here five times now. The rooms are always clean, access is easy from the 16th Street exit and the entrance to US Hwy 29 is by the hotel entrance. A shopping center is close by for forgotten items. Although one can hear traffic from US HWY 29, it's faint and ignorable. A coffee pot and microwave are in the room with supplies renewed daily. Overall a comfortable stay.

“It's okay in a pinch”

The room was clean enough. It was not pretty or warm and cozy by any means, but if you need a place to sleep, it works.

“Communication is key”

Overall a clean hotel, easy to access both in and out. Some common items were not replaced (cups, caffinated coffee pack) due to an inexperienced cleaning staff. A note about a clogged toilet disappeared and a burnt out light bulb was just cleaned around. Communication difficulty between management and staff (speak Spanish only)lead to alot of the problems.

“A little on the shady side, but ok.”

The hotel parking lot and what used to be a swimming pool were in disrepair. The room had no alarm clock, and the noise from the highway kept me awake a little. However, it had a bed and locks on the door, and the price was reasonable. OK for a one-night stay if you're by yourself and on a budget.

“Not impressed”

I was not impressed with this hotel. The location was not as close as to other attractions as I would have liked. It was also very difficult to get to the hotel from the main road. There were not enough towels, hand towels and wash cloths. Also the refridegerator was not cleaned. I would not reccomend that anyone use this hotel.
