“Best attitude and customer service”

This is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. Not because the rooms were luxurious, but because the staff was so top notch. Mary at the continental breakfast always had a smile and the entire breakfast area was immaculate. The staff at the front desk, I believe his name was Desean, was terriffic. The rooms were nice, very comfy beds and clean. Can't ask for more.

“Wonderful facility!! Excellent staff providing fantastic service!!”

I am not strong on writing lenghty reviews......I beleive my title says it all. if you are going to be in the Greensboro area and want an immaculate hotel, with "2010" amenities, a wnoderful night sleep, friendly and helpful staff, wonderful bradkfast bar, "connections with other businesses who provide free dinner meals and adult beverages during the week, excellent location with close proximity to local sites,,,,,,I could go on.....again, I say...the title says it all. Be a winner.....pick this spot.

Noise from hall and room above was unacceptable.

“best choice in the area but not a great value”

The staff is excellent. The room is cramped and the bathroom is plastic tub etc. There is a thermostat but the heating/cooling unit is in the room. I wasn't unhappy with room but didn't feel it was the worth the premium price.

“loved it and cant wait to go back”

everything was great but once again i didnt like the fact we were threatnened to be kicked out for noise complaints tht i think were unjust

“Excellent, as usual”

I've decided that Springhill Suites are the only places to stay anywhere -- always spotlessly clean, wonderful friendly staff, great breakfast, quiet, tastefully decorated rooms.
