My family and I stayed at I-40 Motel 6 during spring break. We reserved room online hoping to cut down check-in time. We arrived late into the night tired and ready to go to bed. The manager was very curious and quick. Within 5 minutes I was back at the car room key in hand. Property was well lit and quiet. When we got to our room it was clean and all the commodities promised online were there. Housekeeping was very accommodating. Everyone was very nice and respectful. Quiet, fun and relaxing atmosphere. We had a delightful two-day stay and will return.

I frequent Greensboro quite often. I prefer to stay at Motel 6 I-40 because it's convenient, I'm comfortable there, the rates are great and I have an overall good experience. The staff is helpful, friendly, respectful and accommodating. If an issue should arise I'm sure they would address it promptly. I would bring my family here to stay. It has a relaxed, quiet and safe family atmosphere. I think they're setting standards the others should follow. Thank you Motel 6 for making my stay relaxing and safe.

I love the kitchenette rooms, I love the maintenance people here. Housekeeping can do better jobs at cleaning the rooms and under beds, other then that it’s overall great, I was accommodated for every concern I had and there quick to help :) Shout out to Antonio & E for being superior maintenance men

My stay at Motel 6 Greensboro I-40 was very pleasant. They have new management that is very courteous, respectful and accommodating. The rooms are clean and housekeeping is on point with anything you need. The property is clean and welcoming. I felt safe walking my pet at night. They are pet friendly which is a plus for me! I'll recommend them to friends and family.

On my way to the room i noticed every other room either had a broken window, the AC unit kicked in and the insides of the rooms looked looted. I had no curtain and had to obtain a broken one from another room. The nightstand drawer when opened was festering. No toilet paper, holes in the walls and absolutely filthy.

Roaches
There were roaches everywhere and we didn’t even stay the night. we weren’t offered our money back or even partial for anything. I was helped getting my room switched from “smoking” to “nonsmoking” when i booked the wrong thing so that was awesome of them to do. but i couldn’t stay with the bugs.

I ended up sleeping in my car in the parking lot. This place is absolutely disgusting and should be condemned and torn down. Stale urine smell outside, blood stains on the walls in the room, no towels, stained mattress, and cockroaches everywhere. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Would rather sleep in my car!!
We walked into room and walked right back out. Check in took about 30 minutes with no line for waiting. Floors falling apart, dead bugs in floor, dirty sheets, blood on the wall. Curtains falling off the rods. Stuff left on the counter. Toilet was overflowing. So much to mention. Pictures attached.

The property was extremely unkept and smelled of a mix of urine and weed. Zero instructions were given on where to find the stairs (that were fairly hidden) to reach the next floor. Whilst approaching our room, there was a very creepy older man who was wearing nothing but pajama pants. Being a group of four women potentially sharing a paper thin wall with this man was bone chilling. Upon entering the room, we noticed there was only one singular outlet in the whole room. The air conditioner was duct taped to the wall. There was no coffee maker (as stated on the website in the in-room amenities). We set our bags down and looked at each other and unanimously decided we were leaving. We were there for no longer than 10 minutes total (including check-in and check-out). Whilst checking out, we were informed that the location was “transient” and “not for everyone”. Correct. This location was indeed NOT for everyone.

Its located near a whole lot and everyone is nice and friendly and helpful. The rates are good priced as well. I love that i have a stove top so i can cook as well.

1 light fixture was hanging loose from the wall (but worked) the light in the kitchen area did not work. most of the problems were maintenance related except the towels. 1 towel and wash rag for 2 people.

As soon you pull up the place looks like a dump!! Curtain falling outta the windows and the housekeeper/handyman looks like a druggie. I go in to check in only to find the double bed room I had reserved months in advance was not available. The woman working the front desk didn’t appear at all like she wanted to be there and was taking forever to do her job. I’m also pretty sure I saw at least two drug deal go on while I was standing at the desk

Never stay here.
The first room had no linens or anything. Mattress was absolutely disgusting with stains. Moved to a second room missing numerous items, holes in the wall dressers missing handles, frig not working. Trash piled up in stair wells. Absolutely disgusting all around and I have a pretty low bar for hotels.
