Pros: Close proximity to my function.
Cons: Mentioned above.
Location: Shopping mall, historical sites, restaurants.
Friday and Saturday night seemed to be "party night at the exit door" which made entering and exiting the building uncomfortable. Housekeeping did not show up to clean my room until 3:00 - 4:00 in the afternoon; almost bedtime again. The comp breakfast was fantastic!

The fact that your bathroom ceiling had a leak is unacceptable and will be addressed. Our hotel has made many improvements to both its physical condition through guest room bathroom and public space renovations this year and we have enhanced our service with the best free breakfast in the Greensburg area, so I am surprised by some of your comments. Enjoyed our stay

Pros: the pool and the complimentary breakfast
Cons: carpeting needs replaced
Location: Convenient to a variety of shopping experiences.
We enjoyed our stay at the Greensburg Ramada. Our granddaughter loved the pool. We felt the breakfast buffet was excellent and the wait stay was very attentive. There was a constant presence of staff in the hallways and common areas to help us and answer questions about the area. Even the house keeper (Mary Grace) greeted us daily and made us feel welcomed.
