Garbage everywhere. When we enter one room, diarrhea all over the toilet, inside and out. They gave us another room and the toilet was full of blood spots. We left the hotel immediately. The Department of Health should close that hotel down.

Room was non-smoking but there was strong smoke smell in the room due to people smoking right outside in the parking lot. Very noisy with cars coming and going late at night. Room condition is need of an upgrade. Very dirty carpet. OK for the price and for 1 night

Poor Cleaning Services
I find a used condom by the trash can soon as u come into the room. Definitely wasn’t clean properly.

Never again!!
Town has limited resources and the hotel had no cable, slow Wi-Fi and no service. Curtains didn’t close all the way and it smelled like smoke in every room.

Decent for work
Got nonsmoking room and opened the door and was slammed in the face with smoke smell. It may not be smoking anymore but it was. Cigarette burns in the comforter. Went to the dollar store and got Lysol spray and wipes. Place was quite and comfortable other than the smoke, dated bathroom, and sandpaper towels. It wasn’t the worst I’ve ever done but probably wouldn’t be back. Front desk lady was very nice and helpful though.

The room was what I expected for the price. There was a couple in the room above us that argued and fought for hours in the middle of the night.

What I didn't like was having a television blaring in the lobby, but when I asked that it be turned down, the woman working the desk did so. I appreciated her willingness to respond to my request.

The mattresses were very comfortable and gave us a good night's sleep. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our bathtub could be quite slippery so caution is needed. The water pressure allowed for a good shower. The complimentary continental breakfast was adequate with plenty of hot coffee. Decor was dated but for what we needed for an overnight stay, this motel was very pleasant and budget-friendly.

Easy to find. We were able to park right in front of our exterior door. Clerk wasn't very friendly during the check in. Asked about the area and she said there wasn't anything special about the place. That's not good for tourism. The room was clean but the place definitely needs to be updated and replaced; bathroom tile, carpet, bathtub. Also, the walls are paper thin.

Front desk lady was very nice. Room was ok but needed a LOT of maintenance. Deadbolt did not work, toilet seat was falling off, parts of tack strip and carpet edges exposed. Breakfast was not impressive.

Arrived at 8p having booked the rooms two hours earlier. Clerk first said she didn’t have our reservation, then found it. Then said they didn’t have any King rooms, even though that’s what we paid for, so we took doubles instead. Got to the room and there was part of a crusty (old) hamburger bun on the floor, as well as other stuff on the carpet showing it hadn’t been vacuumed recently. Everything was just really dirty and had not been maintained - holes in wall, paint spills, stained furniture, clothes rack falling out of the wall, etc. Bed wasn’t terrible, but coffee maker was gross (uncleaned) and didn’t use it. Definitely not a place I’d go back to, or ever recommend.

Lot lizards were prowling and howling sll night long. Drive on by this on and spend a few dollars more if you want a nights sleep.

Old, moldy, dirty, and cheap
I was just passing through and needed a quick, cheap motel for the night. Based on the price, I had low expectations, so it wasn't a surprise when the room had cobwebs and dead bugs, old/outdated furniture with stains on the upholstery, and overall ugliness from lack of upkeep. However!!! I draw the line at how filthy this motel was! There was a sticky feel on hard surfaces, as well as dust coating everything, and I even found a toenail clipping on top of the mini fridge. Walking on the carpet turned my feet black, the microwave hasn't been wiped out any time recently, and the sheets were stained. The shower curtain was growing mold! I can be understanding about cheap hotels having flaws from age, but in this pandemic era the lack of cleaning was completely unacceptable and plain gross even if you aren't concerned about Covid in particular. The only good thing I have to say is that the room was very spacious and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

I have never stayed at this hotel. When I arrived I was informed about their no-pet policy even though I was very specific in reserving a room for me and my dog. They promised that they would send a cancelation to Hotels.com but they never did. I am very dissatisfied with both the hotel and hotels.com

It Did the Trick
Clean, comfortable, no-frills. The only down point was the bathroom toilet was not firmly bolted to the floor. I reported that to management, so hopefully they’ll address the issue. But overall, I can’t complain for the price. Will keep the Americas Best Value Inn brand in mind when looking for one-night stays.
