I can assure you that we have taken numerous steps to resolve this issue, including multiple pest control treatments on both the interior and exterior of the hotel in addition to our regular monthly treatments. Our housekeeping staff are diligent in cleaning up any crickets that are found on a daily basis, as well. However, despite our best efforts, we continue to be plagued with the crickets during this particularly prolonged season of crickets. Unfortunately, this is an annual occurrence that affects many businesses area wide. We are genuinely sorry for the negative impact that this issue created for your recent stay with us.We appreciate your business and we hope that you will give us another opportunity to provide you will a superior experience in the future.

I apologize for the change in pet policy, as this was something that was implemented over five years ago in order to help maintain a more allergen free environment. Additionally, we do have our carpets professionally cleaned every six months, with additional cleanings from maintenance as needed in between the scheduled cleanings. I apologize that the carpet in your room was not up to par, as it had just been professionally cleaned barely even a month ago. We will make sure that this room receives an additional carpet cleaning from maintenance.
