Pros: no leaks in the ceiling.
Cons: every thing from staff to wiring.
Service was horrible the only thing tolerable about this place is the price....

Cheapest hotel I have ever stayed in!!

Posted Oct 21, 2014
When I went to rent our room all the other hotels were booked & I ended up finding a room here & I was so worried bc the price was half of what u pay at other hotels. I figured it would be this run down place with roaches everywhere. If it had of been, I would not have stayed!!! Lol!! Anyway, the building is a little older & all but we enjoyed our stay for half the cost!! We will Def stay there again! Very clean also!!

The Bates Hotel

Posted May 20, 2009
Extremely dissatisfied with this place. I couldn't wait for my stay to end. Dim lighting,no cold water and nasty floors, what a mistake to pick this place. The picture on the site is not whatI saw. When you arrive you notice that this"motel"is better suited for short stays (1-2 hours) not days. STAY away !!! THE WORST

I would definetly recommed this hotel to others to stay in. It was very inexpensive and very clean and well stocked room with everything we didn't have to ask for a thing it was already all in the room

Comfortable for the Price

Posted Sep 17, 2008 on Hotels.com
The key here is "for the price." The hotel has some worn interior walls and ceilings, as well as worn bathroom fixtures and furniture, but for the price was very clean and pest free. It was comfortable and secure and I would stay there again if my 3 year old son and I needed to be in the area for another event.

Needs Improvements

Posted Aug 27, 2008 on Hotels.com
I thought the hotel needed to be updated and given a good cleaning. I suggest new carpet, paint, bedding, etc. Brighter lights would be nice too, especially when u arrive late to your room and it's pitch dark. The rooms were alright, but it could have been better. The paint on the walls was peeling. On some spots on the walls and floor there was a black grime. The bathroom floor was sticky too. I also found it interseting that the maid of the housekeeping service, cleaned and smoked at the same time! Wow! The service people in the front office were nice, helpful and polite.

Motel, not Hotel

Posted Apr 23, 2008
This was the only option when building my trip, I wish Expedia would have listed that there were other hotels in the area. The non-smoking room had butts behind the night stand. The corners in the bathroom hadn't been cleaned in years. The wall paper was peeling back to show the burn marks from a fire. The staff were friendly, but that's all I will say in the good.
