“The night without air condition”
Air condition was not working in our room; this is not acceptable for May and 90 degrees outside and almost 80 degrees inside.
“Not a great stay”
Not only was a fellow hotel stayer harassed multiple times during their stay I was told 3 hours after I checked out I had to pay cash for a rollaway bed that was stated to be free of charge in the in room brochure. If this was a valid charge why wasnt I charged when checking out?? The employees were fine but the owners werent so great and for the price it was very run down and outdated.
