I enjoyed my stay, but overall of everything the hot tub was completely filthy. I highly suggest that it should get fully clean because it felt like I was in dirt. But other than that the room and the breakfast was very enjoyable. They even had to-go bag for people that didn’t had time to eat 😊

I do sincerely apologize the hot tub was out of order on the days of your accommodations. We were waiting for a part to be delivered to get it back in service. The shampoo was empty, the bed uncomfortable (which is unusual) the shower head fell off the wall while using it. Staff addressed the concerns and were very helpful!

It was mentioned at the Expedia website that they had an EV charger on site. I had used that as a filter to select my reservation, but it turns out that it is not true. No charger for my car there, had to travel to a supercharger to get the job done.

I was extremely disappointed to find dirty soiled towels in the area where the hangers were. Victoria came up to remove the towels but that was disgusting and unacceptable! I should have bee comped or discounted for this unacceptable situation. Then, my card was charged $5.00 for product that another guest purchased. I brought thjs to the clerks attention and it was not taken care of.
