Dated bedding and old, not-so-comfy mattress. Can't complain for the price nowadays since it was safe shelter over my head for the night. The lady at the desk at night was very polite and welcoming! 😊

This property was dirty. The floor was dirty when I came in the water was taking out the shower. I booked two queen beds with the bathtub. I got full beds with a leaky shower. All the bedding had holes in it. It was just horrible.

Over all my 3 day stay was none eventful. If you want a $180 plus a night accommodations, then go pay $180 a night. But for the low rate, it was pleasant, area and parking had great lighting and rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly, especially Jeff, always greets you with a smile and went above and beyond to make sure accommodation were what i needed. Would definitely stay again.

James was the clerk who did my check in and let me tell you this. He was amazing. He was so easy to talk to, and helped me in many ways! We will definitely be returning to his hotel on our next visit to Greenville, TX!

The most important thing to know about this trip was that the room smelled of urine and old stale cigarette smoke in spite of it being a non-smoking room request. The area outside was kind of grungy and there were a lot of people hanging over the balcony and watching everyone come and go. There was loud music from the room above us. Overall, we would definitely not choose to stay here again. The only plus was that our two small dogs were free.

For what it is, I rate this motel at 5 stars. The staff was friendly, they put great care into keeping the landscaping nice and tidy, and the room was clean. We didn't see any bugs during our 2 nights there, and the place was quiet even on the weekend nights. Keep your expectations in line with a low-quality motel and you won't be disappointed here. The floor is worn out, the AC is inefficient, the paint is peeling in places, the shower is not pretty, the general area is not that great (but not scary or terrible), the room is really small. But everything was clean, the bed was comfy enough, and the service was good. For $60 or so per night, it gets 5 stars. If you want a fancy, pretty hotel, go to the south of town and pay over $100/night. Though I don't have personal experience, based on the reviews I read on other hotels in the area and my experience here, this is THE BEST hotel/motel in northern Greenville.

They think everyone a drug dealer the white man goes in your room when you gone... And the house keeper knocks at your door at 9 in the morning every morning and check out is not till 11 very disrespectful people

The room was fair, it is very small and out dated property. For the price it is good, the people are very nice. It was just too small for the 4 of us. If your just needing a place to rest then it is perfect. For an extended stay and more than two people it's fair. Quiet, nothing alarming at all. Front desk was very helpful and polite.
