“worst hotel ever.....run dont walk to the nearest exit”

First of all its an old and crappy hotel. So I knew the rooms would be old but dirty and filthy are another. The mattress box spring was stained like no other.....urine, blood, and whatever else. The frig in the room was also dirty. It also felt unsafe in the neighborhood eventhough its on the main strip. There's a Hilton around the corner.....stay there....its much nicer and you don't have to worry about flies in the room or dirtiness.

“Not impressed.”

I was not pleased with this motel at all. It was old and run. down. I would not recommend this motel at all. All of the motels in area were very nice looking and newer looking at the outside. It definetly was not worth the money we paid.

“Awful”

We knew we were in trouble when we pulled up and saw 2 old wing back chairs under the weathered gazebo with Christmas lights hanging down. The 'lobby' was awful musty and it took about 20 minutes to get a room key. But then the room.....was awful. Musty smelling, the a/c unit wasn't totally attached to the wall so you could 'see outside' from the inside. I'm not sure the door locked securely. Roach traps under the water damaged bathroom cabinets, and burn holes in the comforter. We ran as fast as we could to a hotel next door and gladly paid for both, just so we didn't have to stay at the TravelLodge. I was seriously contemplating sleeping in the car if we hadn't gotten another room. Can't believe the health department even lets them stay open.

“Very dipleased”

This hotel should be condimed. There are water spots in the ceiling, from leakage. The bathroom cabinets had been tacked over to hold them up. The fridge had had not been defrosted in I don't know when. It looked as those it was a crack smoking room. Very dissatified with those accomondations.

This area is good with all other hotels and motels I have visited. This particular place is just not up to health standards.

“hotel is in a good area and close to every to the ecu and dining”

the hotel is clean and has a good staff is in a good area of town i would recommend this hotel for the price and cleanliness also for location

this hotel is close to shopping and dining and close to the ecu campus and it is quiet and easy to get to from most everything

“Worse experience ever!”

Room was extremely dirty. We had to go out and buy our own cleaning supplies to clean the room with just so we could feel comfortable. There was feces on the toilet seat, mold in the refridgerator,and blocks of wood holding up the air conditioner. I was extremely disapointed. There was a continental breakfast, but after staying in the room there was no way we were going to eat there. If money was not a problem we would have left and stayed somewhere else.
