“High Speed internet... I think not”

One of the reasons I chose to stay at Wingate by Wyndham was the supposed High Speed Internet access. The internet connection was anything but high speed. The fastest download speed was about the same as entry level DSL. Having to grab some work files that would normally take a few min, took 20 to 30 min to get. Other than that, the stay was OK.

“Not What's It's Cracked Up To Be”

The pool and spa were under repair and closed. No mention of this ongoing renovatin was given when we checked in. Also, the pool and spa area appears to be small and the area not very inviting. Breakfast was very disappointing. Not much was offered. Rooms are a nice size and beds were comfortable.

“Horrible! Manager is an idiot!”

I booked this trip 2 mos in advance and paid for it then. I asked for a non-smoking room, we were given a smoking room. Hotel billed me for stay not only 1 time in error but 3 times! I called the manager for over two weeks trying to get the credits and she was a complete idiot. I even tried calling the owner of the hotel to complain and no on ever answers the number the hotel gave me. I wonder if they gave me the right #?
