“Convenient & inexpensive; close to GSP Airport; would only stay one night. Bit worn out.”

Hotel furniture worn-holes in sofa. Bath & bed clean; bed comfortable. Somewhat noisy with a couple of people running outside the room late at night. I would rate this hotel a 2.5.

“Great customer service”

We booked several rooms while in town for a wedding. The rooms were clean and quiet. We booked one suite and were able to gather there to enjoy the company of friends and relatives. The continental breakfast was well stocked. The only issue we had was that one of the room keys had to be rekeyed twice. The staff was efficient and took care of the problem promptly. We were well satisfied.

“OK but not great”

My room was in need of an update, but it had a nice coffee maker, mini-refrigerator, microwave, tv, clock radio, iron/board, in-room safe, and host of other features. Breakfast was filling with make-your-own waffles, fresh fruit, boiled eggs, and a good variety of breads, cereal, coffee. My room was on the side toward the freeway and I could definitely hear the truck traffic, so ask for a room away from the traffic noise.

Area recommendations

This hotel is not in the best area of town, but my room felt safe and had a sturdy door with two locks. They also have staff at the front desk overnight.

“Would stay here anytime I fly out of Greenville”

We stayed overnight aheda of an early flight out of GSP. The staff was friendly and helpful and our room was clean and comfortable. They have a frig and microwave in the room and offered a free breakfast. The breakfast was nothing to write home about but they never are.

“Cons really outweigh Pros here”

Hotel was hard to reach during busy traffic hours (right off of major highway intersection. I was first sent to a smoking room (aksed for non smoking) and then noticed a smoke residue smell and cigarette burns in furniture. Room door was not set properly, much draft around it. Also, my room was not cleaned well during my stay, only towels changed. Sink and coffee maker were dirty. Staff was pleasant, and the breakfast was adequate, but would not stay here again.

“Not Too Bad”

I booked a room for a week on business nearby. I was disappointed to see that this hotel is a series of buildings with exterior entrances. They were arranged in a rectangle around an attractive and well-maintained courtyard with a pool. Although the room and furnishings were older and the couch had a nasty stain, the room was basically clean and comfortable. I could hear people talking and kids playing outside but things were quiet by 11. I would have watched a few soccer games on my computer (they were not available on cable) but the internet connection was not even close to being up to it. The refrigerator made just enough noise to be annoying. I mentioned it at the front desk while going to breakfast and it was fixed the same day. Unfortunately it began doing it again that night so I just unplugged it. Staff was friendly and the location was convenient. Breakfast was pretty basic but in a roomy and comfortable area. All in all, it was an adequate and reasonably priced place to sleep.

Area recommendations

If you have not been to Greenville before, be sure to go downtown. Walk around and check out Falls Park.

“Loved most everything about it”

Being right off I85, it was a great place to stop-over while driving through the area. well-kept pool, our daughter loved it. Pretty nice breakfast, waffles, bagels, cereals....wished there was some fresh fruit. Biggest complaint was that we were on the back of the hotel, which faced the interstate and the scrolling sign for the traffic to read. Had to run the fan all night to drown out traffic noise and move curtains several times to keep red lights from scrolling on our wall. Otherwise the room was very nice, clean, newer furnishings, linens, etc. Very nice staff....would stay again, just ask not to be on very back of property.
