“Great getaway from the kids”

Dropped the kids at their grandparents, decided we didn't want to spend the weekend at home and ended up at this hotel. This was the perfect spot for us. Room was nice, staff was friendly. Loved the indoor heated pool. We would definitely stay there again.

Would not use restaurant for breakfast. The food was not great. The waitress was excellent. She was the waitress, bus boy, cashier. the hotel was great.

I stayed in crown plaza for two nights, everything is good. But the room I stayed in does not have a fridge, nor microwave oven. It's a little inconvenient for people without order a breakfast and want to put some fruit into fridge. I don't know if people could ask to have a room with these facilities without extra charge, because I was too busy to ask for another room.

I booked this hotel for the night before my wedding and my honeymoon night. The hotel was very nice and the room was outstanding. I was very impressed and would recommend this hotel to all friends.

“Crowne Plaza”

Very attractive hotel with all the amenities. For the price,comfort,and convenience,it far surpasses the JW Marriott in Atlanta where I have been a guest for well over 20 years. The Crowne Plaza in Greenville,SC is really quite extraordinary and the staff are well-trained,thoughtful,and provide excellent service.

Staff was excellent and helpful. Room was outstanding. Ruth's Chris restaurant connected to hotel was superb. I highly and enthusiastically recommend this property.

Clean, efficient, convenient. Staff were very helpful. Room service was great.

Hotel needs some work for the number of stars that it has, Location is good but hotel is little aged. I payed half price so I cannot complain. I will not go back if price is higher.

Got a good deal. Not the Crowne Plaza architecture on the outside I would expect, but more modern and nice. Nice interiors. We did notice the next day what looked like a blood stain on the mattress, but under clean sheets.
