DirtyPosted Jun 27, 2015
The whole place just smelled like a dirty hotel room. Bathrooms were dirty. The cherry on top of the cupcake..found someone's clothes under the sheets after we woke up!

Not goodPosted Jun 24, 2015
We had to switch rooms three times. Our first room was not a king suite, which was what we paid for. We had to go to a double bed room. The a/c did not work in the room. We then were given a key to another room to check out... No a/c. The final room was old, one electric outlet to use for fridge, micro wave, t.v. and lamp. We had to rotate plugs as needed.

YuckyPosted Jun 24, 2015
The only thing I need to say location was the best thing.. Sheets were dirty never changed after the last customer, mildew in the shower and on curtain, dirty mildew baseboards, curtain at window apart. Just gross, towels stained. Staff very very rude and nasty. All in all never again

Location great for closeness to events & foodPosted Jun 15, 2015
Lobby smelled like smoke. Carpet was dirty in hall & room. Room carpet torn. Clerk gave me & some else same room. That person walked in on my family. When corrected, our key didn't work. For one night stay it was ok. Would not stay again.

Hotel conveniently located very close to 385Posted May 17, 2015
The staff were very friendly and check-in was fast! After checking in we were told that the pool wouldn't be open until Memorial day! It was almost 90° outside and we weren't happy about that! The bed was SO HARD and because we had a smoking room, they put bedding on it that hd burn holes and stains!!! The room DEFINITELY WASN'T worth the $60 we paid for it!!!!

Convenient stay for family to make hospital stay.Posted Apr 17, 2015
First desk clerk was certainly nice. The food was not what was expected. By the time the family was up after surgery there was no breakfast to speak of and never hot coffee made. Not handicap accessible.

Fine place to sleep.Posted Apr 4, 2015
Pros: Close to every thing we wanted to do; comfy bed; fridge and microwave in room.
Cons: The bathroom was TINY and there was mystery hair in the tub.
Location: We had a great time shopping at the nearby mall and local stores, jumping at Sky Zone, playing at Frankie's and soaking up the greenways downtown.
We only needed a place to sleep for the night. I wouldn't want to stay here any longer really but it was fine for our needs. The desk clerk who was there in the evening was very helpful and friendly. Less so for the one in the morning. I was pleasantly surprised they had waffle makers but disappointed that there was no toaster for the breads/bagels. Apparently there had been some sort of leak in the breakfast room b/c all the napkins were damp and an industrial fan was blowing across the soggy carpet. The sheets/mattresses were very clean and the bed was comfy.
