“Nice, comfortable stay.”
Easy access to shopping and restaurants.

The service is good and the rooms are very comfortable, clean, and nice. The room we had was quiet. The continental breakfast is very good with variety. I like the fact that we can have coffee all night!
“High Quality Experience”
We had a room with 2 queen beds and another suite with 2 queen beds. The suite was especially nice - included a microwave, refrigerator, and a sofa bed. The breakfast included both cold and hot foods. We arrived at 1:00, and the staff graciously agreed to check us in before the 4:00 check-in time.
“Friendly staff; convenient location”
Great place. Convenient to several chain restaurants, shopping, and about 15 minutes to downtown. Friendly staff. Only downside is that some rooms face a brick wall, so make sure you don't get one of those.
“Great Hotel”
Our room was ready upon checkin and we were duly impressed. Everything worked! No complaints. They offer a great hot breakfast buffet which was wonderful. Would definitely stay here next time in Greenville.
“Great Greenville Hotel”
The Greenville Holiday Inn Express staff are exceptional. The front desk staff greeted us warmly, remembered a phone conversation about the reservation, and were very helpful with our small requests during our stay. The breakfast menu varied each day and the staff again were very courteous, personable and were genuinely full of "Southern Hospitality". I've stayed in lots of hotels similar to this one where you are just another "guest" passing through and shown little warmth. Greenville Holiday Inn Express was not that! Great location and prices.
