“Outstanding Holiday Inn”

My husband and I enjoyed a stopover at the Greenville,SC Augusta Road Holiday Inn on the way to Atlanta. The hotel was excellent in all respects: cordial,helpful staff; comfortable, attractive room; and an outstanding breakfast buffet (best grits we'd ever had!).

“No impressed”

The Ice machine on the fouth floor was not working and tub held water while taking a shower. No one wants to stand in ankle deep water while taking a shower. The room was clean and the beds were fine it was OK for a one night stay pass through Greenville S.C.

“Average at best, Not 3-star by any means...”

Saying is was average is giving this place a compliment, the halls smelled like a smokers den. The room was clean and I was only there a few hours so it was bearable.

“Poor Choice”

Older hotel that has attempted to upgrade, but still old. Room smelled and hotel was under staffed. There are certainly better choices in the area.

“Worst hotel in 18 months!”

I can not recommend this hotel: 1 - Outdoor swimming pool is large, but extremely dirty water. 2 - Customers are smoking at the bar / restaurant and employees allow this, actually they are selling the cigarettes. 3 - Soup was not really warm and the ceasar salad was more dressing then salad.

“food in fridge”

Food still in the fridge and it was turned off. The room was dirty and smelled bad. Lady at front desk was crying when I checd in. The room service was the worst food I have had in years.

Smelled like mold. Cigarette smoke from the smoking floors found its way to my floor.
