“Great Experience”

Wow. What a great hotel. Staff was pleasant. The entire hotel was clean. The room was amazing - comfortable beds, lots of room. The quality of the TV and the comfortable couch tempted us to rent a first run movie. This hotel should be rated higher than three stars.

We stayed here for three nights while in town. We had just stayed in a "5-star" hotel the weekend before and Hyatt Place blew it out of the water. Nice plasma (or lcd) BIG screen tv, big bed, kitchen area, and best of all - quiet. And a free continental breakfast to boot!

“Quality and friendly for the money”

The staff was very accomodating and friendly. The layout was nice, but seemed to be geared toward a businessman since there was not much room for luggage and clothes. We did have a problem being in a room next to the elevator (don't stay in rooms 116,216.316, or 416)which was REALLY noisy unless you had the air on full blast which then was blowing in my husbands face all night. I would stay here again in a room futher from the elevator! It was also great to be able to grab something to eat whenever we wanted. The food was basic, but very fresh and good.

“Convenient location; Hyatt quality; great price”

We were visiting BJU and elected to stay off campus (later we learned the on campus visitor housing is very nice but it was too late!). This hotel is just 5 minutes away from the university campus. That was convenient for us! This hotel had remarkably low rates (maybe just because I did it online?) and the rooms were immaculate. Our room had a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, separate living room area with nice couches, etc. Somewhat small bathroom, but there were two other sinks in the room.

This was my room away from home. It was confortable and cozy. The flat screen HD TV was a plus.

“Excellent”

I experienced a great time at the hotel.. They had alot to offer and more. It was so clean and free from odors I was amazed. I like the fact that the rooms we big with a full couch and had a 40" plasma for view your own movies... That's right they had hookups on the side of the stand to hookup the xbox 360, DVD player and several other electronics. The customer services was great!!!! Next time I visit in the area I will stay there......!!!!!!

“Excellent stay.”

The property is well situated to activities in Greenville...easily accessed from the airport/interstate and close to a number of excellent restaurants. The staff was attentive and the breakfast was fresh and nourishing.

“Wonderful”

The friendly and courteous staff...so refreshing! The free wireless internet was so nice! We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast including fresh fruit for a great start for the rest of our trip. The bed was the greatest.

have been staying in more than 8 hotels in Greenville area in past 2 years.Hyatt Place on Hay wood is the best in terms of the price/service. Clean room, new furnitures,fast internet connection.Better than a 3 star.
