“Decent value for the price”

I read several other reviews that were unfavorable, but my experience was quite good. It was one of the lowest priced rooms in the area, but the bed was firm and comfortable with a nice variety of pillows. The room was nicely laid out and clean, though it was showing some slight wear and tear. Good space to work with great internet access. Good value for the money.

“An OK night.”

Good for a one night stop. The room was small, but the king size bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also small, without a bathtub, but the shower was very large with plenty of hot water... a pleasant surprise! The staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was good.

“Smoking Floor smelled like a dirty ashtray”

I smoke and always request a smoking room. The floor for smoking smelled like a dirty ashtray. The room itself wasn't bad, but the hallway was awful. The remote for the TV did not work, when I left a note for the maid and let them know at the desk I didn't have a remote at all when I came back that night. When I went to the desk to let them know again, they gave me another remote that did not work. The problem wasn't the remote itself it was the TV. On my next stay at this hotel I requested a different room. The remote worked and the room seemed much nicer.

“Not impressed - staff needs to learn English and turn on the AC”

I checked in late (after midnight) and the clerk was mostly using gestures and shoving a the room agreement in front of me. I tried asking for a good place to park my motorcycle and he seemed he was not able to understand me until I repeated slowly about three times. My room was like a furnace and the entire hallway to my room also was stuffy and warm, not a feeling you want in September when it's been warm and humid outside. It took an hour for my room to get comfortable enough to sleep and when I went to the front desk to ask why the AC was not on in the hallway on my floor (AC was turned on in the hallway on the floor above mine) and he stated - and I quote "I am coming only after midnight - I have no idea."

“VERY BAD EXPERIENCE”

Both rooms we were given had an odor. We couldn't stay there. Then because we had checked in earlier without going to the room they charged us the first night for staying there even though we did not stay in the rooms. That is horrible service!
