“They came to clean my room at 8:00am it was too early, and they didn't come back.”

They need to come back to the room and check to ses if the customers have left the room and if they have then they need to make beds and clean the room and bath area

“Not Impressed”

Carpets were almost threadbare. Handle on toilet was broken and had to change rooms. Bed sheets were too small for the bed and didn't tuck in under mattress. Upstairs corridor smelled like someone was cooking curry in their room.

“Very dissatisfied with this hotel”

The rooms were clean but, one of the rooms had a broken AC Unit. The manager refused to give us a different room. He came to the room and checked it but his words were "its cool in here compared to the hallway" but, there was no AC on at all in any of the hallways. We had two rooms. One was good with no problems but the other one was poor and, we were not given a discount, reimbursement or even an "I am sorry for your inconvenience" from the manager.

“You get what you pay for”

as the old saying goes......you get what you pay for....and that is definatley so in this case! The desk clerk and the other employees did not speak OR understand english. The second floor smelled like awful rotten food. The room was not cleaned and the shampoo and soap were not replenished each night. We were not given enough towels. The breakfast was sparce and not much of a selection. The pool was not clean and it is pretty much falling apart and should not have been open. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!

“Never again”

Whole hotel had a strong smell of curry, our room had alive and dead bugs in it (dead bugs were never cleaned up), room was in poor condition, tv remote batteries were out and 2 lights had burned out light bulbs.
