“weekend getaway”

Checked in to the hotel and they gave us a room that I requested but we did have some setbacks due to the room had some water damage. But we did have rain for 3 straight days and some flooding issues in the surrounding areas. The hotel staff accomediated us by moving us to another suite that was exactly the same. They made sure that it met are needs and everything was to our satisfaction. Clean hotel and enjoyed the jacuzzi. Very nice and I would recommend this hotel.

“Home away from home!”

I was very satisfied with my two night stay! My room was very clean and I had everything that I needed. It was quiet and very relaxing. As far as the front desk person, she was Top-Notch in all ways to assist me and so very pleasant. The next day I came down to the lobby and she ask how I was doing, and was everything fine. She said if I need anything to please let them know. If I return to that area again, I know where my second home will be

“2 night stay”

The hotel was very clean. I got a room by the pool which I did not want due to the noise and asked to be moved. The front desk moved me to another floor with no problem. The 2nd floor was very quiet and I liked having another door to exit the hotel rather than the main entrance. I would stay at this hotel again.

“Definitely staying here again when we're back in Indy”

The hotel was very nice. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We needed a later check out and they were accommodating. I've stayed at hotels where the rates were twice the price and not even halfway as nice as this hotel. I needed a place that had a refrigerator, microwave, swimming pool and breakfast. This place had it all and at an incredible price! We're definitely staying here again when we're back in Indy!

“Old Hotel -- New Owners”

We recommed this hotel for both business & family travelers. Nice low price and we had a nice, uneventful stay even with the hotel being at full capacity. This is a former Lees Inn & has been about 90% redone. Now the rooms are cleanier, beds are comfier, & even the towels are updated. They have the bathrooms on the list to be redone in 2009 & they do need it. They are older & a bit musty but cleaned well by housekeeping. The pool area is in need of a redo but the pool itself was clean, warm, & kept open late upon request. Hot tub was on the fritz -- & was fixed before we checked out on Sunday. We will return often to visit family & will stay here again!

Très bel hotel bien situé sur la sortie 99 de l'I65, accès facile. Petit déjeuner gratuit, les chambres sont propres, grandes, et des petits salons sont disponibles dans les larges couloirs. La piscine est intérieure chauffée très javélisée, et un jaccuzzi est disponible. Une PETITE salle de gym permet la remise en forme. La piscine est accessible via le badge de la chambre. Seul petit hic, le personnel. Il manque par exemple les gobelets le matin dans les chambres, le petit déjeuner (un matin sur les quatre), a été lamentable (n'ayons pas peur des mots), pas de vaisselle, pas d'eau, rien à manger (à 8H00 du matin), il faut dire que la receptionniste qui devait préparer le petit buffet était très occupée avec son téléphone portable personnel......Le lendemain après quelques reflexions tout est rentré dans l'ordre et nous avons bénéficié pendant les 3 autres jours d'un excellent petit déjeuner.

“A decent hotel with a great pool”

The room was clean and the staff was kind. We liked the location just south of downtown Indianapolis. The pool was great -- the kids loved it! (Too bad the hot tub was out of service.) We stayed 2 nights. The first breakfast was only cereal and toast, juice and coffee -- very small amounts and not worth it! The next morning they put out packaged sweet rolls, yogurt, fruit, bagels and toaster French toast too. Quiet and comfortable, reasonable hotel.

“Terrific Staff”

David at the front desk was a mavel and more than made up for the little problems with the hotel. He recommended a great restaurant for dinner and gave perfect directions. That said: our first room stank of mold. (David moved us immediately.) Our keys stopped working after the first day. (David fixed them.) The phone in our room couldn't make outgoing calls. The bests were not super comfortable. The hotel was very quiet, though. The pool area was very nice, although I've been in hotter bath tubs than the hot tub (which seemed to be a popular destination for couples to make out and talk dirty). Breakfast was nothing but packaged muffins and cold cereal.
