“Do not stay the night before a Colts game!”

We stayed here because we were going to the Colts game on Sunday. I like to party with the rest of them but we had to crank the air conditioner down as far as it would go just to muffle out the noise outside our door. People literally partied all night long. Every time the air kicked off I thought we wold hear quiet but I was wrong. The room was nice though. We loved the jacuzzi in our room and the bed was comfy. Upon check out the clerk didn't even ask us how our stay was. She didn't say anything at all. We didn't make it to the breakfast because we were so tired from not getting any sleep. The price of the room was reasonable and if we stay here again for a Colts game we will come with the mentality of "If you can't beat em, join em" and we'll party all night long too!

“Less than nice”

The woman who checked us in was very nice, and one of the people cleaning the rooms was more than hospitable. The rest of the staff, including all remaining desk staff was awful and bordering rude. There were a few times when we had simple questions and were given short, rude and condescending answers. My niece asked, by any chance, do you have packets of ranch dressing? The answer was..."We are not a cafeteria". My mother asked if there were any extra pillows because she has a back problem. The answer was a short, "NO!" The first floor is in dire need of an upgrade. Water stains on the bathroom door, a crack in our window, worn carpet. Paint is chipping off of corners. It was disappointing because the lobby is very nice.

“Rude staff and outdated rooms.”

We arrived later in the evening, and the person checking us in was very rude. The room was outdated and dingy. The breakfast was free, but very limited. The only good thing about our stay was that we were not in our room very much. I would not recommend this hotel.

“The hotel staff was rude.”

The staff attendants were rude. The door card just kept decoded. The staff raised her voice acted like the guest is ignorant.

“The Inn of " Wear, Tear and Disrepair"”

Formerly a Lee's Inn this lodging facility's furnishings and decor were outdated and worn. My bathroom fan didn't work and the room's carpet was worn and dirty. Some of the employees, including the front desk clerk and a housekeeper didn't have the best of attitudes and seemed annoyed. I attribute this to the "full occupancy" situation but don't accept that as an excuse. One of the reasons I selected this Inn was because of the complimentary breakfast buffet but when I arrived a full 1/2 hour before it was due to close down, there was no food left. I received a half hearted "Sorry" when I made mention of this at check out. Even though the location was ideal, I'd rather drive a little more for something nicer.

“Hot Tub Broken”

Hot tub was out for maintenance and I didn't know it ahead of time!! A major issue for me. All else was fine.
