Great staff. Close to Greenwood mall and I65.

very tired. everything was old from cable box to sheets. bath towels were like paper towels. maybe ok if need a room but with many other places like hilton garden and holiday inn express within half mile not sure why you would stay here--unless super bowl weekend and only place available

needs upgrades was a place to sleep for the superbowl would not recommend

It was the cheapest hotel within 20 minutes of the Final Four but that is only because they had no idea that that was going on at the time. I'd never stay here ever again.

Don't waste your money. The hotel hasn't been renovated since the 80's....and I 'm sure the beds haven't been replaced since then either. The facility was very run down.

Expidia should really drop this hotel from your listings. Admittedly, I was in a hurry when I booked it and didn't read the reviews. But when you are planning to arrive at 11:00 PM and Leave at 6:00AM the next morning you tend not to be too particular. I can't remember the last time I had to specifically ask for a non smoking room, and I didn't when I checked in. Thier default room assignment was a horrible smelling smokers room, and with less than a dozen cars in the parking lot I thought they would have given me a choice. The next morning we awoke to absolutly no hot water at all, only cold. The breakfast buffet was also terrible. All-in-all it was a very bad choice
