Nice hotel, staff were great!

Location: shopping at Walmart and a small strip mall!
It was nice. The rooms were comfortable. It had microwave and refrigerator and basic cable.

Pros: Clean rooms, nice personal, close to food and shopping
Location: Not sure, we didn't get out to do much.
Friendly hotel personal, clean rooms, pool area for kids. Nice accommodations.

Slow service

When we first arrived there was no one at the front desk. Waited for 15 minutes before anyone showed up. Had to call on the house phone to get someone to come .Then they gave us a room that had not been cleaned. The bed was not even made.

The first room they put us in was not clean that was the only negative but they resolved that issue and gave us another room that was clean good location we really had a great night overall...

I booked through hotels.com and was told I would be able to pay upon arrival, which was not true. The attendant on duty was rude and not in the least bit helpful when I tried to explain to her. When we got in our rooms, there were no towels, a partial bottle of shampoo in the tub, hair on the tub and on the bathroom floor. The carpet was dirty, as if it had not been vacummed in some time. The breakfast was not even worth trying. Cold cereal and some fruit. This motel was supposedly rated 90 out of a hundred. That was extremely to high in my opinion. We will not be staying in a Baymont Inn again, and will not be booking through hotels.com
