One night stay on the road to Gulf Shores. Staff was informative for dinner suggestions. Nice early breakfast.

Nice staff and Beds were clean but that’s it. The carpet and bathrooms were very dirty. I wouldn’t recommend staying.

Nice stay
Tiffeny at the front desk greeted me and was very nice and friendly. I didn’t request first floor during my reservation and they were able to get me a room on the first floor. Had a wonderful stay.

Mediocre at best
Booked an accessible room, but didn’t get it. Shower rod was loose and curtain was not installed properly. Tried to fix, but water poured on the floor anyway. Didn’t have time to request repair prior to getting ready to leave. Also, had to ask the front desk for a blow dryer.

It's a decent hotel to stay at. Actually one of the better hotels. Lower rating is for the experience once there. Right after checking in, the water was off for a while so I was not able to shower to go to an event. Also experienced a toilet issue. I reported it to the front desk before leaving for the day only to return and the issue wasn't resolved. The front desk was really nice and did move me to another room but I feel like the inconveniences caused more work for me. I had to find a relative at another hotel to shower and I had to pack up a room to move and unpack again.

All the staff were very friendly & helpful. This is the best place to stay in Grenada. My room was nice & clean when I checked in. Housekeeping was wonderful. They have a good breakfast & are willing to do what they can to make your stay enjoyable. This place is alittle spendy, but in my opinion its worth the money.

Pretty rough.
Check in was fine. The room was not very clean, hairs in the bathroom, dirty tub. I asked for a shower seat prior to arriving. It was not in there. I called, they said they’d bring one up and never did. My husband asked at the desk and they gave him a huge shower seat that does not fit in any standard tub. The remote did not work correctly. No cc tv and no sleep timer. It was absolutely not worth the price.

Decent hotel
In town for baseball tourney - room served its purpose. Bed was comfy, air and fridge worked. Bathtub dripped and had water stains. Did not look the cleanest. Pool closed at 9 which I thought was a little early. Breakfast included a pancake maker which we thought was pretty neat. They were good and not as messy as typical waffle maker. While I wouldn’t not stay here again, I don’t feel it was worth the cost.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful! The breakfast hostess had difficulty keeping food cooked and available. Also there was mopping/cleanup going on in hallway and at entrance to breakfast room that made it a little difficult to get there and serve yourself.

Great place.
I recommend staying here and would again. They were at 100 percent occupancy so there wasn’t much left for breakfast when we got there. Other than this we really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed before, staff always efficient and friendly, lodging clean, comfortable. Parking was a problem: several vehicles with boats in tow were parked outside designated parking spaces, limiting enter/exit by other vehicles. One boat even parked so it could be charging??? Disregard for other customers need to access limited parking since inn was completely booked.

We were assigned a suite and went to the room to find that it had used towels, the bed sheets had not been changed, and trash was all over the room. I had to go back to the desk to get another room. The suite they gave us was small and only had one foot of space on one side of the bed.

The stay was good. the tub drained slow while taking a shower. one day they were short staffed so we didn’t get service for our room. this is the second time we stayed in their hotel. we were there on a fishing trip both times. the staff was friendly, helpful and overall they did an excellent job.
