“Will vist this hotel again. We were impressed with hotel and staff.”

The hotel was very well kept. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable upon arrival. The service was prompt when we requested something. The area around hotel was very quiet after we turned in. The front desk and housekeeping were eager to assist us when needed. If I had to think of one service needed it would be that more ice machines would be nice . The only one the hotel had stayed empty because of the amount of guests checked in. Other than that we were very satisfied with our stay.

“Needs refurb”

The staff was very courteous, very low cost. The inn is not that old but it needs a update, rooms smelled stale and in one room the commode was all rusty and not pleasant. I have stayed there several years in a row, used to be clean and excellent price, this was my last. Each year it has gone down more.

“Wi-Fi is a problem - Breakfast is sparse.”

Wi-Fi kept cutting out every 15 min. or so. Very frustrating. Wi-Fi provider, Hotair, is aptly named. Free breakfast was pretty pitiful.

“Kept banging on my door”

The hotel was very clean and had nice furniture in lobby. However, my room was VERY SMALL! I booked one room with two queen size beds for 2 people. The room was very cramped and we barely had room to walk! I wasa very disappointed. As well as upon my check in I had requested a late check out. But on that day, I was startled by banging on my door and yelling at me to check out! I told the rude person that i had late check out and they responded by saying "u must get out of room! We have another guest arriving!" I was baffled and mad! I QUICKLY packed my bags and left! Also, the last night of my stay; I was awoken at 2 am by a tapping at my window. A man whispered in my window "hello pretty lady. Are you awake? Please come out!" I was so SCARED! I couldn't go back to sleep. The man left and I couldn't believe what had happened. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with this hotel.

“Clean and friendly”

This stay was not as nice as the previous one, we were given a smoking room with a broken bed frame, which we had to remove and lay one of the queen beds directly on the floor. However, we arrived late and there were no vacancies, and staying only one night, we did not try to change rooms. We called the front desk to report the broken bed. I would stay there again, though, just arrive earlier!

“Didn't Meet Expectations”

We were not happy with the cleanliness of the bathroom in particular the toilet. The A/C was extremely noisy and cut off and on constantly. We also chose this hotel because it had a hot breakfast bar but we were disappointed to find very little and even the fruit was old and spotty.
