“Great location - great staff”

Fantastic location on the Marina, great restaurant and bar, staff are very friendly and really make your stay the best there is ..... Rooms are good but the bonus is having a compact kitchen with cooking facilities and fridge which means making a quick lunch very easy. Fan and aircon keep it cool in all conditions. Resort wide wi-fi also a bonus for the techies We were there in rainy season so it would have been nice to have a brolly in the room.

Very nice hotel, clean , unpretentious.Always smiling people. Smack across from ST.George Medical School.Especially great for families who go there to see their children.Very reasonable rates.

“Truly Beautiful”

The villas are a fabulous way to go. The bus route passes right in front of the resort, so it's easy to hop on the bus to get to a grocery store. We were able to stock up for the week, so we made lunches at home and a few dinners. The only disappointment was the infinity pool was not running, due to water restrictions. I understand completely, but it would have been nice to see it in motion. The Aquanauts were fantastic and the owners are a charming German couple. We also met the resort owners during the manager's reception, which featured delicious rum punch. The concierge Binta is wonderful and a huge help. Overall, we were made to feel welcome and at home. I would definitely return to this same resort in the (hopefully) near future.

The staff at True Blue Bay are very friendly and helpful. We were invited by the owners for a cocktail and to meet the staff and the guests. It was an extremely pleasant experience. Food at their restaurant was very delicious and we enjoyed it very much.

“True Blue - a great business base”

An excellent hotel for visitors who are working in Grenada and have a car. As there is no sandy beach (only a harbour) it not suit holidaymakers who plan to chill on the hotel beach - but if you have a car there are so many enchanting little beaches around the island you wouldn't stay at the hotel one for long. The accommodation is very attractive and the staff both friendly and efficient. The rooms are large and have all necessary facilities (including free wifi) and ours had a lovely view over the bay. I plan definitely to stay there on my next visit.

“True Blue in Friendly Grenada”

We were attracted to True Blue because it is not in one of the main tourist areas, but is close enough to a couple of very nice beaches, some good restaurants and other facilities. It's best to have a car if you stay there, and driving around proved to be easy. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the restaurant is very good and there are things to do. We went out on a snorkeling trip with Aquanauts which was a lot of fun. The lads on the boat were great! From True Blue you can drive into the Grand Anse beach area in minutes and you are not far from St. George's. It's also a good starting point to explore the island, whether you decide to head up the west coast or go along the east coast.

“True Blue Grenada”

Very quiet, pretty location on the south shore of the island, right across the bay from the medical school (which has a black sand beach). No beach right at the hotel, but OK pool, and very convenient for scuba divers with the Aquanauts on-site dive shop. Off the beaten path a bit -- you may want a car to get around to other beaches and sites inland on the island (which is very worth exploring). Also to get to local food stands and restaurants, as the hotel restaurant is fine but pricey for what it is. The hotel is very good value for the price.

“We'd stay there again”

True Blue Bay Resort was a nice change from the mega-beach resorts. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and the food was very good. There's no beach, but Grand Anse is a 5-10 minute drive.

Overall a very nice place to stay! Facilities are well maintained, grounds well kept and bar and restaurant are both very nice. Remember to try the beach pool as well as the main pool!
